Had Papa Johns from Stratford tonight. Excellent pizza. Very tasty. Lots of toppings. Manager is very friendly and efficient. The gluten free pizza was excellent with lots of toppings. Would 100% recommend this Papa Johns.

Not a huge deal but yes is frustrating when you spend good money on pizza for a nice treat. I ordered extra sauce, on our pizza , that is the one thing I feel makes or breaks it for me . I returned home and the pizza did NOT have extra sauce . It was dry and pale. I don’t know what has made me more mad - having an unsatisfactory meal or phoning them to tell them this and ( like I am lying ) the manager starts to argue with me about it !
.Well he states he made the pizza and next time I should call in addition to let them know I want extra pizza - on top of just putting it in the online order. What??? Ridiculous. I don’t like calling to tell them in the first place tonight that the pizza is NOT what I ordered but customer care is out the window Terrible customer service . I won’t be going there again. By the way I know pizza and the difference between very light sauce and extra sauce!

I recently ordered takeout from Papa John's, and the pizza was fantastic! The canadian classic and BBQ Chicken bacon pizzas were delicious, with perfectly crispy crusts and fresh, flavorful toppings. Each bite was a delightful mix of quality ingredients and great taste. If you're looking for good pizza in startford, Papa John's is highly recommended!
