Wendigo eggs, had six 8/5 stars. Too good and a very complex appy. Lots going on, then the flavors were very complimentary of one another.Special (couldn't hear, but I heard meat, arugula... I hate arugula. And balsamic. Went for it. 4/5. Very good.Dessert, a chocolate creme brulee with (it seemed to be) candied orange peel. 100/5. So good. Took a Terry's chocolate orange and made it fancy and their own and it turned out amazing.Haskap mix up, 7/10. Could have been sweeter, but still mostly refreshing.I KNOW im going there again in the next 3 weeks.

Do not bother making reservations! Food is good. The place is small, they accept reservations, but they cannot honour them. Very frustrating!

When you get to a new town, evening comes, you're hungry, but you don't know where to go... And suddenly, a local small restaurant... And then the extravaganza of delicious food and romantic atmosphere begins, and you have de javu. You think this is your favorite restaurant. You've been here many times... I love discoveries like this during my travels.

Over rated and over priced. Went here to supposedly experience a good dinner after exploring the near town but it was "not that good" dinner after all. The underneath bun of the burger I had was soggy and the burger patty was boiled!! So disappointing. The lobster risotto was overpriced and too creamy. The desserts are toooooo sweet, especially the one with the cookie dough and chocolate chips with lots of cream and sugar on it. We did not finish it because me and my friend had headache with all that sugar rush..?

Fantastic as always, we had the brisket, smoked bison poutine, Caesar salad, popcorn, gnocchi and fry bread dessert. All were incredible and we can’t wait to visit again. Great service.

Staff and food were great. It's a creative menu and takes advantage of local sources well. However another patron told my child "to go play in traffic". Really soured our experience there, even though the staff were great. Not sure that we would return if that's what the other patrons are like.Kid-friendliness: The staff were kind to kids, but the menu is not for kids. The other patrons also suggested that my kid go play in traffic - says a lot. Parking: Street-only parkingWheelchair accessibility: Requires a step up through the front or onto the patio.

I can't say enough good things about this place! DELICIOUS gourmet food at reasonable prices for what you get. Friendly staff, clean space, nice shaded patio, and did I mention how amazing the food is? We had the Mexican street corn & bison meatball apps, seared salmon & bison poutine mains, and banana chocolate budino & white chocolate amaretto crème brûlée for dessert, plus a Haskap Mishap cocktail, ALL TOP NOTCH!

Everything about this place was amazing. The burger was really good, and it had a nice atmosphere. Next time I would call in before to see how busy it is. It was very busy when we went. Also sometimes they have wine tasting nights.

First time here, everything I ordered was delicious, I especially enjoyed the Wendigo Egg! Great service and beautiful presentation which is relatively rare to find in the northern communities. Will definitely come back next time when I’m in town :)

beautiful place, the food is beautiful and in combination with the ambience and service simply one brilliant place. all praise to the bosses for their courage and endurance after the ordeal around the pandemic. I only hope that working hours will be extended during the summer. I'll see you soon. cheers

Very welcoming and cozy cocktail bar. The frybread is tops and recommend everyone try it there. Nice selection of cocktails to choose from with friendly, attentive staff. Plus we stayed at the Leisure Inn that weekend so L'Autochtone was across the street & a couple buildings away and no one had to be the designated driver. ;) Next time we visit the tri-town's we'll certainly be visiting this bar again!

Beautiful restaurant located in a remote town called HaileyBury. The food was top notch, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries is definitely a must get! The staff is friendly and the decoration is beautiful.
