Did a curbside order for 6:25. Got there on the dot and hit the “I’m here” button. Long story short I waited ten mins and saw the worker changing garbages and closing the counters so I went in and had to pick up my order. When I got home the order was totally wrong, I had two exact subs when I ordered two custom subs. This was terrible service

Multiple times now we have got stale bread. Like crumbles when you touch it. Also had the wrong toppings. There is a young lady in there who gets insight every time always polite and never faces stale bread. I will not buy from here anymore unless Alexis is working. She's

Just a bad experience - pre-ordered and paid on the app. We arrived for pickup and nothing was done, we were told they were waiting on bread. No problem. Turns out they still didn’t have the bread we ordered. Not a huge deal. We’d ordered two combos with each having 2 cookies. They were never put aside and were sold to the next people who came in, who bought the rest of the cookies in the store. So they double sold cookies, and my partner and I didn’t get what we’d already paid for. Given chips but not what we’d ordered or wanted, and could have been avoided with a little care that wasn’t shown with our order.

Hard pass. No stock, no service long wait, stale bread. Stay away . They have no idea on how to run a business. Too bad. Try next town over.

Used to be amazing nothing wrong with the service I feel bad for them having to explain to every customer that they don't have the supplies necessary to make a quarter of the menu

Just re updating. Hasn't changed much the toppings aren't as fresh and the subs aren't topped well. Sparingly loaded. I hope the owner encourages staff to make the subs the way we like it. I feel like they've been told to put as little on as possible.

I only gave a star because service by Connie was good. The egg was still cold. It was absolutely awful. Don't order breakfast!

My wife suggested we order something for supper so we decided Subway because all four of us like it. There was a promo of buy two get one free for ordering with the app. It took longer than I expected to order three subs and a salad but I was able to figure it out and the food was as good as usual.

Does not taste like subways down in the GTA the sub sauce was bland and tasteless. I thought it came in a bottle from Subway but this tasted odd watered down? Bread was bitter and really crumbly. Lettuce had a lot of brown bits to it. BMT meat tasted like a different cheaper brand a real let down.
