Frequently disappointed by my experience in this store. Mobile order directions are rarely followed. For a 3 item in-person order, 1 item was forgotten until mentioned, 1 item was completely wrong and not the size I ordered and with the milk/sweetener at different amounts then I specified, and 1 item was done well ( a bagel). The sandwich counter workers seem to be the only ones on point.
They always give me an incomplete or wrong order...and it happened with mw 5 6 times. I ordered garden veggie sandwich with chiptole and cheddar they didnt put any tomato and lettuce. Ita so disappointing.

Staff was great and friendly. Always gets my order right.To the owner: Stop being cheap and get your staff security!!! There’s no reason why they should have to be dealing with people sleeping outside their doors smoking crack and hanging around inside without a mask while trying to steal people’s coffees waiting to be picked up. I’ve seen it time and time again. Your employees don’t get paid enough for that.
