Stopped by with an out of town friend while during tourist things. Was quiet since during the off-season but we had a great chat with the gentleman that was working there. He knew everything about the winery and the history of the place. Can’t wait to go back again!
Lovely place and lovely people.
High quality wines that cannot be found anywhere else.
Susan is very helpful and kind thanks for all great wine recommendations and nice vibes.
We were visiting today and Sam was Amazing. She made us feel like family, she knew everything about the wines. The Winery was clean and all the Staff was Friendly. The Marquette is a MUST TRY!!!
Thank you
It was a very nice experience finally visiting this estate. It's beautiful and you become a part of the operation where you can see the grapes being harvested and you can see them farming the grapes. We've wanted to come here since tasting the first bottle of Sandbanks years ago and it did not disappoint. Also a very beautiful space with very nice people. The grounds lawns and washrooms are all manicured so well waiting for your visit. Seating areas outside where you can have bites Al Fresco and sample some of their great wines. Definitely will visit again!
Kind people and a lovely selection of wines and local fare.
I used to work for Catherine and Renee. It was a terrible experience. Catherine was so rude and unprofessional. I'm glad to see it's under new ownership and would love to go back. I love the story behind the sandbanks and it's a beautiful place but she was impossible.
This was our first time visiting. We were hoping for a more personal experience where the sommelier would explain the wines to us but after we chose our wines we were left alone. The wines were good and the ambience was nice but we probably won’t go back.
Great location. Delicious wines. Good atmosphere
Terrible wines. Their Sandbanks Dunes White is reminiscent of a cat box… seriously!
Beautiful place to stop. Pleasant staff.

Great service! Beautiful scenery and experience!
Beautiful winery with some great selections. Had a grape harvesting event.. nicely arranged!
I went there yesterday (Sept. 25/24) afternoon (2:30pm). I walked up to an empty tasting bar and was promptly told to move over because "these people" had not finished their tasting. Huh?? Two people then appeared from around the corner. The lady was rude and made me feel unwelcome, so I left and bought some bottles at Keint-he winery down the road. Great experience! I won't be returning or buying Sandbanks wine anymore. I have a bottle of white in my fridge I will be returning to LCBO. Good Riddance!

I have been here before and like everything about this place. A hugh selection of wines and the menu board is well organized. It details all of the wines (informative and educational) and for each wine, it is indicated whether or not it is sold at the LCBO, the Wine Rack, or only available at their winery. The staff are friendly, a hugh boutique, and a beautiful patio and grounds.
Three samples cost $10. But what is different here is that if you buy 2+ bottles, you get a $10 refund.
We loved this winery. Great outdoor area to sit and enjoy a tasting ($10 for 3 decent pours) plus $10 off 3 bottles when you check out with your tasting receipt.
Stop here every summer when we are staying at Sandbanks Park.
