All I wanted was to have an enjoyable experience getting frozen yogurt with my friend. When I put my toppings on I ate one singular gummy bear. I didn't think much of it at all until I went to the cash to pay for my frozen yogurt and the guy there (I think he was just a supervisor) started complaining and going off that I ate one singular gummy bear. I told him that it wasn't a big deal whatsoever and I said that what he was complaining about was absolutely pathetic and cheap. He continued to accuse me of stealing and not paying this extra fee for one singular gummy bear when I had paid $13 and some change for frozen yogurt. He then threatened that he would "call someone" and I told he can go ahead and call whoever he wanted and started laughing in my face. This shows what kind of a loser no-life this guy was to be complaining and acting like that over something so little. I will never be giving this place business again and neither should you. PLEASE FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We drove 45 whole minutes on November 9th JUST to enjoy a delicious menchies frozen yogurt which IS NOT available anywhere near us. TO OUR UNPLEASANT SURPRISE NO ONE WAS THERE!!! We came around opening time and there was not a single soul to be found inside. I’m so disappointed. ONE STAR!!!!!!

I used to really love menchies years ago but they have definitely changed. I got one single cup of frozen yogurt that wasn’t even full with not that many toppings for $16!! A few years back it would have been half that price. The frozen yogurt itself barely had any flavour. The fresh strawberries and kiwi looked old and gross. Also they don’t offer samples anymore.

Not only am I wrongly accused of consuming the toppings …. The lady was so rude I DID NOT!! I work in service and Im respectful and mindful with any other MINIMUM WAGE paying job. You dont make enough to be doing all that
