It would be great if you took my order. I've been waiting over 35 minutes on the phone! I can hear all the orders you are taking in the store! Instead of putting the phone down, you should have taken my order!

We really need to start paying attention to the people that we are all hiring!!!!!! We need to start going back to quality before cost. I wasn’t given an option for toppings and when I requested extra cheese I was the one questioned!!! I’ve eaten Firehouse before at multiple locations and was always more than happy until today. It’s disappointing that even this chain has chosen to hire the new Canadian workers and for me. I won’t be back

Really nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Also learned they sell bagged ice for the best price in town - and bonus, proceeds go to first responders/charity. Nice amount of seating, too. New favorite sub place!

The bun was stale. I was so disappointed .
Walls and vents were dusty, first bite of Montreal Smoked Meat sub had a hair in it which was a total turn off. For the premium price of these subs I would expect better. Won't be back to the Woodstock location.
