Chug coffee is the most consistent delicious coffee shop I can go to. Starbucks and Dutch don't have the consistency these guys do. Since we moved to Keizer I now get their jugs of coffee to hold me through the week. I wish they had a shop closer to me but thankfully my husband works close so I don't have to go without for very long once I run out. Fantastic cold brew, delicious flavors to choose from, and a wonderful variety of flavors to keep things exciting.

The black hair barista is very unprofessional. I sat in line and counted about 13 min while she flirted with her boyfriend in front of me. Then another car got service before I even got to order. I left and won't be back . But every time I drive by and see her Im reminded of the shitty service. I'd rather drink day old decaf to get my day started than ever go back or recommend a stop .

Trash service . Had to wait like 10 min for the barista to get done flirting with some cowboy. So left and won't be back . Missed out on a good order. I was getting coffee for my whole work crew.

There were two ladies I met who were SO FREAKING SWEET , I HAD to come back . But then I came back and some dude was there and it wasn't it . He wasn't kind or welcoming. But the drinks were delicious so I'll probably still come back .

Owners! Please train your staff... if you're going to be a drive through coffee shop, making customers wait for almost ten minutes when there is only one car being served is just ridiculous. I won't support a small business who had no idea how to serve its local community. I just wasted time when I could have spent my money at Starbucks... cause at least they know what they are doing.UPDATE: handcrafted or not, if you are providing a drive thru service, train your staff to have a sense of urgency. Waiting for almost the minutes is ridiculous. I was a barista for years. It takes 30- 60 seconds to pull espresso. Train your staff!
Such incredible coffee!! I’ve been a barista for 3 1/2 years at various coffee shops, so I know some good coffee when I taste it & Chug is it!??☕️ They’re very kind people too & such great prices for the size. They also have a punch card which is nice. I am a regular now here for sure.

After all the rave reviews, I had high hopes for an amazing experience. I ordered a 16 oz cold brew with a little bit of cream and stevia. It tasted amazing. Im taking off 2 stars because what I got was 8 oz of ice and 8 oz of coffee. I have NEVER had a cold brew that started with a FULL CUP of ice. IF i ever go again, ill ask for NO ICE. $4.50 for this drink. As far as the staff goes: excellent, helpful and kind!!

We stopped here today on our way to Willamette Mission State Park and it was SO good! The employee was super friendly, and my iced latte w/oat milk was perfect. My husband ordered a spiced chai w/lavender & blueberry and it was the most delicious drink either of us had ever tried! Their menu is fun and creative, but also has the basics, so there's something for everyone. Will definitely be back!

So, so, SO GOOD! I'd drive a hundred miles for this coffee! The Banana Cream Pie, Beggin' For S'mores and another one..maybe it's called Lula?! Oh my goodness! That one is so good! It has hazelnut and white coffee. I die in a marshmallow daydream when i think of the perfect cold foam fluff on top! People hear me when I say, I am older, I don't like sweet coffee nor do I like them iced, but try them iced. Just try them! They are not too sweet and perfect for an afternoon pick me up. Also, we really need you (Chug's) to lease the newly available space that was See See's coffee in Newberg. Coffee around here is either typical and ho hum or not good. You'd kill it with all the GFU students! Lastly, your team is great! The young woman who worked Memorial Day morning was so kind and engaging and the young man who worked this past Sunday at 3:00 did not rush us even though he was about to close. It's hard to find great staff and I dislike tipping before service but I'll take care of your people with no reservation. They are great and really respect the Chug's reputation. We'll done Chug's!
