Fabulous place to eat! Go for the smoked pork chops alone. The smoking is perfect, subtle anddoesn't overpower the tender, perfectly cooked meat. The teriyaki salmon is also excellent, never overcooked. And the cooking is consistent-we stop here every trip through eastern Oregon. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Eat here- you'll love it. FIVE out of five stars!!!!!

Hands down the neatest experience in Baker City! If you are forced to drive 7 hours to watch your daughter's soccer game, be sure to stay here and visit with Garrett, the most personable, friendliest, wittiest mixologist this side of the Snake River!Ankur was also pretty darn cool and so fun to visit with. 2 very hard working, down to earth guys that make some Deeelicious drinks!!!!Parking: It's great

Ok, Drew is a full culinary chef and he just prepared a smoked pork chop for me that is the best ever piece of hog I have ever had. It is an 11 out of ten. Gotta stop here in Baker City. Small and simple on the outside of the building and giant on flavor on the inside. I will stop here everytime I am in Baker City Oregon.Food: 5/5

We just spent an amazing evening on the patio here. The atmosphere was perfect and the food was fabulous. Chef Manny went above and beyond to ensure our meal was wonderful. The service was great and super friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the area or staying at the Best Western - which is a beautiful property.Food: 5/5

From the moment we called to see if this restaurant Drew and his crew went above and beyond to offer us a wonderful experience. Chef Manni served up good food. I had the pork chop and my friend had the salmon. They even had some tasty treats for the dog. The bar selections were also good. Not what I had expected to find in Baker City but it was a truly memorable dinner. 5 paws up from the dog and 5 stars from the humans.

Excellent hospitality from the staff, especially from the owner. When faced with closure due to a shortage in personnel, I was still admitted in and treated like a VIP on a stormy night! Great fully stocked bar, delicious food and decent ambiance. Definitely will go back. Combined with an excellent Best Western, this spot is ideal for visitors stopping in Baker City. Give it a try.

Driving from Utah back to WA and looking for place to eat. Found good reviews on this restaurant in Baker City so stopped. Asked to sit in courtyard (red flag 1) since no one was already there and asked manager. Said OK, but we needed to order inside and they would bring it out (red flag 2). After looking at menu and specials we placed our order. Waited about 1 hour with no food, no drinks, nothing. Went inside to ask about how long and was told 10 more minutes (red flag 3). Waited and after almost 1.5 hours after arriving went back in and told we had to leave soon to finish our journey. Manager said it would only be a few more minutes. Food finally arrived and steak my wife ordered was perfect (odes to the chef) and mine was way over cooked, but still tasted delicious (again odes to the cook). So although the food tasted great, the service left a lot to be desired. If we had eaten inside it would have been better, but one person in wheelchair we thought it would be better on patio. At check out nothing was done to make it right, so paid and left. As I said, great food, but service is lousy.Wheelchair accessibility: Door size a little small for us so we opted for patio seating.

The atmosphere wasn't very good, very quiet a lot of "dead air". My steak was not seared properly and was poorly seasoned. My tab was 100 bucks. Just for me, i had 4 drinks + steak dinner. The mashed potatoes were gritty, and the vegetables were overdone.

Ordered garlic fries and a cheesecake Togo. paid $22 just for those. Walked in, wasn’t acknowledged at all for the first 5 minutes. Other people who walked in after me getting helped first. Looked super understaffed, dirty glasses COVERED the liquor island and counters. Multiple people waiting to get served. Bartenders looked like they had never worked behind the bar before, very very slow making drinks and serving people. Guy finally came up so I could pay for my food, paid, then he just walked away. No saying how long it was going to be, nothing. Sat there for 20-25 minutes and finally got my food. Fries were not good, tasted undercooked. Pinch of MINCED garlic and parmesan in one small portion, all the rest were unseasoned. No salt at all.Very disappointed, not worth the money or wait.

After a long day of driving, we stopped in Baker City for gas. We were planning to eat and drive on to Boise, but we changed our minds when we happened upon the Sunridge Bar and Grill. We enjoyed a delicious meal. The food was first rate, very fresh, generous helpings. The service was excellent. We recommend this restaurant to travelers and locals alike.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sunridge Bar and Grill in Baker City, and it proved to be a delightful culinary experience. From the moment I stepped through the door until the end of my meal, the restaurant impressed me with its inviting ambiance, friendly service, and delectable food. I opted for a steak dish, and I was not disappointed. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The side dishes and accompaniments complemented the steak beautifully, showcasing the chef's skill in creating a well-rounded and satisfying meal. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. The drink menu at Sunridge Bar and Grill also deserves mention. They offer a wide range of beverages, including a variety of local beers, wines, and creative cocktails. The bartenders are skilled in their craft and can whip up a drink tailored to your preferences.

This restaurant seems to be understaffed. There were lots of empty tables, but it took a while to be seated. Then, the long wait to take our order. Another long wait for the food to be brought to the table. Part of the order was never brought to the table. In addition, one of our meals was cold. We waited for someone to check on us, but no one ever came. Thus, we had to go searching for our server. All in all, it would be towards the top of my list of the worst dining experiences.

Ordered 2 drinks off the seasonal drink menu. Should have asked the price. The drinks were fine at a $10 price point but the bill was $38 for 2 drinks with no heads up. Stopped in for a couple of pre dinner drinks but didn't think they would be the price of an entire dinner. The decor is blah and glad we didn't eat or mistakenly order another round there.

What a damn joke, do not eat at this place! Over priced and horrible service. You'd get a better meal at McDonalds. Baker city closes up pretty early, even on say a Friday night and this place takes advantage of that and gouges. If I could I would rate this place a negative 5 star. Literally, find road kill, you'd be better off.
