We were craving dim sum the traditional way with the carts, but unfortunately they didn’t have them. It’s okay, it was easy to order on the slip they gave us. I wish there were more pictures in the menu, but we got all our favorites. The dim sum felt pretty heavy though so don’t over order. Ha gao was really good. I was very annoyed with the person taking our order who was rushing us. We had only looked at the menu for 5 minutes. There were 2 nicer ladies there so wasn’t the worst. They brought our food out so fast. Not sure if I’m coming back but they seem to be doing well, decent amount of people on a Monday.

How does this restaurant stay in business? Some of the absolute worst servers in Oregon! This place practices racial preferences. If you are Asian, your order will be taken more promptly than nonAsian guests. We waited patiently while every other guest had their orders taken. From the time our order was finally taken, it took another thirty minutes for our order to be delivered to us. It was cold and completely incorrect. Our server "did not notice".We ate the food paid, and got up to leave. Under the circumstances, We did not tip. Our server checked our bill and launched into full "loud performance mode". She literally started yelling at us across the dining room. The Management did absolutely NOTHING.There are many other Chinese restaurants in the Portland area. And I assure you, ANY OTHER RESTAURANT will treat their guests far far better.

Ordered a food from them 2 hours before the time i should pick up, and then when i get there on time they just started cooking my order that took me 40 minutes to wait and got late for my dinner party. They totally ruined my night.

One of my favorite spots for Chinese but service, safe kitchen practices, and the atmosphere could be better.

Visiting the area and just wanted dumplings. Have a shellfish allergy and so couldn't order much so wanted to cancel order after being told some of the dishes we wanted had shellfish. The waitresses couldn't understand us wanting to cancel because we were worried of cross-contamination and the fact that the dishes we wanted got cancelled. Was forced to still eat there because we had "processed" the order when we simply wanted to cancel before she took the docket. When we got the order, the waitress used scissors to cut one of the dumplings (which we assume touched shellfish dumplings prior). We left after unhappily eating the meal we were forced to eat. Left the restaurant abruptly and feeling allergic reactions. Cannot believe this place has no care for people with allergies.

The service us polite and timely. The quality of food is mediocre at best and taste was not well balanced. All in all too sweet. Even soy and Sirachi could not fix the taste !!!
We have traveled the globe sampling many dim sum destinations, SO happy to have world-class quality dim sum in our own backyard. Hooray!
