Salad is pretty good, however staff is kind of really rude here and that makes me not want to come back. Like, blatantly rude. Do yall train the staff to be mean to people?? I think I’ve only had one pleasant experience and for a 16 dollar salad that’s kinda crazy. Cmon now pls do better and just be kinder to people.

I love this concept, sort of like a MOD Pizza, or a subway... Except for salads. go down the line I'm picking and choose what you want in your salad and they make it your way. They also have a selection of ready-made salads that they have perfected the ingredients of.everything was fresh and delicious, I would say it's pricey... But it's 2023 and everything is priced at a premium.

Location wise this is in an excellent location. I really appreciated the service and their quickness. I did a create your own salad and asked for their salad dressing recommendations. I am very specific on my protein and their chicken is the exact opposite of what I prefer. The yogurt dressing was decent and they have good veggies. The lettuce was wilted so I had to pick around it. There was no one else in here and I am not sure if it's the time I went but it does not seem to get very busy every time I drive by.

This place was horrible. Don't do it. I ordered two items, and it costed 60 dollars, with missing ingredients such as the dressing, and the steak and avocado. Horrible.

We ordered from Evergreens through Door Dash one night before my kid's surgery when I was trying to bump up our nutrition. My child had an enormous $21 salad that I did not get a picture of, it had everything but the kitchen sink in it and apparently it was alright. Kid used our home dressing because the Evergreen dressing was "weird". Salads are still very hard on me since colon surgery, so I got a $17 "warm bowl" with quinoa, steak, avocado, cucumbers, roasted cauliflower, romaine, cheddar cheese, and roasted sweet potatoes. I chose a yuzu sauce which I should have gotten on the side as it saturated the quinoa and was just too much. I would get it again without the dressing probably.I ordered a tiny caramel pecan cookie that was overpriced. It was just ok. I'd skip that. Their menu pictures/past in-store pictures showed much larger cookies and we were gonna share it. Lame. I loved the sweet potatoes and cauliflower in my bowl. Totally my favorite part. We would go again but in person.

The food is great but my order is always missing something. If it’s not the utensils it’s usually the protein.I’ve ordered protein w/ my bowls countless of times and 9/10 they don’t add it.Always have to call to either go and pick it up or just get a refund for the missing portions…..Nothing for the inconvenience.And when I do get protein it’s always impossible to find….Again, great food but the service needs improvement..

Good salads but you would think you could customize them. They don’t let you substitute green for rice. I said, so I can’t have the warm bowl with everything but romaine instead of rice and was told NO!

I love their salads. I especially love their El sombrero. Everything tastes so fresh and you can add or subtract things from their designed combinations to make a completely different salad. Lots of fun little mix-ins are available. It's quick, it's tasty, it's healthy... What's not to love!
