Wow what a surprise. When I look at the pictures and saw the cart I was not totally impressed. How often does the actual food look twice as good as the pictures posted right. Well I assure you it is. I was blown away by the quality of the broth, the noodles and the vegetables the way the chef prepared them. My new favorite food cart in the square. Super great quality and hefty portions, the meatloaf is my personal fave. Only a subset of their menu is available every day, so sometimes it's tricky to catch the one you want.
