Great food and fair prices for the area but the service was bad. That’s what’s wrong with those stupid serving robots. The server didn’t want to serve and really only wanted to go to tables to take the order and have customers pay. My friend needed a fork and went half his meal without one. Had to wave her down for refills. She should definitely be taught to come check and see how everyone’s doing after they get their meal. As a server it’s definitely disappointing when you get bad service. Doesn’t make the experience great especially when their little machines lowest option is 18%. I do tip good and I always will but they’re not doing nearly as much work as a normal server so I hope they fairly split tips with the kitchen.

If you miss the tonkotsu shio at Santouka and are waiting for them to come to Oregon, don't wait. Go here. If you miss the tonkotsu from the Ichiran chain in Japan, go here. This place gets it. Long simmered broth. Perfectly firm noodle texture & length. Also, just really sincere atmosphere and staff. 100% will return.

I came with my parents and my brother and the staff were very polite and friendly. The robot was very cute and it was a nice surprise. The food was SO yummy and I would love to come again. My waiter was Via, she was very inviting and hard working. I very highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They were very child Friendly, and very sweet and kind to my little kid brother.
