Gotta pay respect to PALATE a coffee bar. Chill vibes, great consistent coffee, and convenient location to grab a coffee before heading out for a hike. Love the clarity in the name of this place, it makes it stick out versus other coffee shops. I always refer to it as its full name of "PALATE a coffee bar", just to avoid any possible confusion

Wow was I ever impressed!Americano any size for the same price all coffee shops should take a note from their book! The most friendly staff who made an excellent coffee.Anyone stopping in bend needs to come to Palate!
Friendly, quiet, not to mention the great coffee.Still...my favorite coffee shop in Bend, warm by the fire, drinking the best cardamom latte on the planet. Friendly folks on both sides of the counter.

Yay for the golden milk! When I received my drink, the presentation was so beautiful that I didn’t want to sip. The barista let me know it was made to nourish my belly. I felt so happy and thankful. It was soooo yummy.

Love this magical little cafe ✨ it’s the perfect space to visit if you’re in need of being recharged mentally (via caffeine) or energetically by the cozy comforting atmosphere they created. I am always met with the most present of humans sharing kindness and never leave without the most delicious beverage in hand and fresh perspective for my day. Good things take time and this is one of the few places I can visit without feeling the rush of the rest of the world. 10/10

I dont usually write reviewe, and I by no means have a distinguished coffee palate, but this was some of the grossest coffee ive had in awhile. Got both a drip and an espresso drink, and neither of us could drink more then half, we really tried to considering even after getting the smallest sizes on the menu, it was really expensive. The most disappointing part for me, is I was hoping to find a really nice local roaster, with sustainable beans and buy a bag. Glad I didnt, its hard for me to see how this is one of the higher rated roasters in Bend.Workers were nice enough, wasnt particularly fast but I appreciate that coffee takes time to make, and am fine with doing so, the ambience was great! If I liked their drinks I would certainly go back. Overall long wait and expensive for the quality you recieve.Dietary restrictions: They did have alternative milks available for a price hike.

Got cold brew, cardamon latte, Ocean roll, and spinach & swiss croissant. Everything was an 8/10. All pretty good, and well worth the price.
Really palatable coffee.
