Gluten free? Check. Alternative milk offerings? Check. Plants and ambience? Check. This isn't Portland but it doesn't feel too far off! I was visiting Bend for the weekend and found Plantd to be the perfect morning stop--a healthy dose of carbs and caffeine before heading up to the snow. I'm on a strict elimination diet and travel often for work. Let's just say eating out is not easy. I always search out a gluten free bakery when in a new town. Typically, I don't find anything worth a review. But, this place was excellent. I had the blueberry scone - super yummy, the chocolate chip cookie - don't know how they make a soft, chewy cookie with gluten free flours, and the donut - which I'm saving. We had a really great experience at this cute cafe and will definitely be going back. Fantastic customer service. All of the pastries are vegan. The cinnamon roll was really good. Thank you for having vegan options!
