I went here with my family a few days ago and we all had fantastic meals. The halibut fish and chips were perfect, the turkey sandwich was amazing, and the poutine was to die for! Not to mention the desserts were perfect too. I'm a very happy local who will definitely be coming back whenever I can ☺️

My fiancé and I came to the Wayfarer for dinner and had an amazing time. The calamari was some of the best we’ve had, and the clam bake was really delicious. The views and the service were top notch as well! We also loved the bananas foster bread pudding.

We stopped here for lunch without any prior knowledge of this restaurant. As others have commented, the view was lovely and the food was delicious. (We had the Dungeness Crab Baquette that far exceeded expectations!). As good as the view and food were, what stood out was how well we were treated - from the hostess, to our server Alex, to the waitstaff helpers, everyone was SO kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience possible. We HIGHLY recommend this place, and can't wait to come back again the next time we're visiting. Cannot say enough how happy we were with the complete experience of dining here.

It's well known that it's nearly impossible to find seating here without reservations. We had something to celebrate, so we made sure to make a reservation a day in advance. Our reservation was confirmed and fine. We traveled to Cannon Beach for the day and 2 hours before our reservation time, The Wayfarer cancelled our reservation. No explanation given or anything. They simply cancelled it on their end.We were now forced to go to another restaurant and basically ended up with a blown celebration night.NOT HAPPY!!!

Server was a nice guy, he get them the third star. The food wasn't great seared tuna was so pale, I'm not sure it was tuna. Also, meals were served with Mexican rice. Very strange flavor to mix with seared tuna and salmon. Would find somewhere else to eat next time And as a follow up, I sent them my email as requested but no one reached out...

We enjoyed delicious fish and chips! So fresh! The bread and garlic butter was amazing too. My wife enjoyed a fresh Cobb salad. We’ll definitely return.
4- The Wayfarer just got a little facelift and I liked it. It lighten it up a bit inside but they keep the wood. It was a nice soft change, I feel was needed and well done. Refreshing but not in your face. Food and staff were still fabulous!Highly recommend the Wayfarer Restaurant. It over looks Haystack Rock so the view can't be beat! The service is the best. Wait staff is top notch and you will want for nothing. Great place for special occasions, or just to relax after a day on the beach. Lastly, The food is wonderful-pleasing to the eye, tasty, large portions and so filling. Highly recommend the fish and chips.

Okay so I'm a handful when I eat out ? im allergic to beef, gluten, and I have gastroparesis ( my stomach is paralyzed) so eating out isn't the most fun for me but my family and I came down to see my sister who studies at OSU ( we do not live in Oregon so it's a treat to come down) she picked this restaurant so I had no choice but to eat here.So If you have celiac diease there is a risk for cross contamination ( my waiter told me this) but there are many gluten free things on the menu that should be dedicated gluten free other than the fact that there is bread in the same kitchen.Obviously a beef allergy is weird and this is more a seafood restaurant but i dont love seafood so I ordered the "Mary's Chicken" it was good. Had a unique cream sauce but not bad!My waiter was very knowledgeable and kind.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Allergies
