We've attempted to mobile order from this Burgerville a number of times and are always disappointed. We consistently have to wait at least 15 minutes after the set pick up time for our food to be brought out. Yesterday, after parking and notifying we were there via the app, we ended up waiting 20 minutes in the pickup spot before we walked in and found our food sitting on the counter and the employees standing around chatting. With how long the drive through line usually is it'd be nice to have the option to pick up but it doesn't seem that's feasible.

Service was great-- BUT the Ambiance was terrible as they were playing music in the dining room AND DIFFERENT MUSIC back in the kitchen area. Once it became noticeable it was impossible to unhear the terrible clash of sounds. Really awful. Kitchen staff had good taste; their music was better. First time getting the halibut, I would not recommend it. Mediocre

You Can't easily leave no tip. You are not given the option to leave no tip.I ordered large fries and this is what I got. Rip off. Unseasoned like 2 shreds of parmesan, no salt. Normally burgerville is good.

The food is always fresh. That's why I accept the higher pricing. The service was poor, and the employee's demeanor was less than cordial.
Surprised, wouldn't have guessed it would be any good. Inside eating area was clean, tables were comfortable and service was on point.Enjoyed our burgers and fries which were fresh and very tasty.
Even though Burgerville is a little more expensive than say McDonald's it has gluten-free buns and I happen to be gluten free and it is so nice to go somewhere and just get a hamburger and not have to take it out of the bun and transfer to the bun that's gluten free that you brought with you spilling it all in your lap.

So I was taking an Uber eats order today and the guy working the counter, Raul had amazing customer service and vibes! Please keep him around. It was dinner rush and a lot of the people ordering couldn’t even crack a smile. But even upon receiving an order back because something wasn’t made right he still had the most positive attitude I had seen in a while.

I cannot say enough good things about Burgerville. Impeccable food prep and Ingredients, always fresh and delicious. They have amazing new allergen friendly options that are delicious and fun! A dairy free milkshake with chocolate?! That's unheard of at a "fast food" place. I gladly drive to Burgerville from Salem as it's absolutely worth it. Please come to Salem Burgerville, we need your delicious food in our Capital.
