One of my favorite places to get ttrpg dice and new games in Corvallis! The staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I can't wait to get a membership to use the lounge area!! Always bring friends here when they come visit.

Not only is the selection impeccable but so is the enthusiasm for that selection.

They have (had?) Beer. When I was going with our veterans group for club events, we would pay the fees dues to use the space. The idea was a 21+ establishment would be ideal for a group of sailor-mouthed DnD players. We were told to watch out language or be kicked out. From the other experiences, this feels like a fee-to-play exclusive club for those who are accepted.Or as others said, gate-keepy.There are many other stores around, keep looking. This is a club, not a game shop.I recommend going to Guardian Games, they have a really strong queer space that I highly recommend checking out.

Best game shop in Corvallis and it isn't close! I love Matt's and Kraken is cool, but if you want board games, Gamagora Geekhouse is the best! Staff is amazing, and their members lounge is so fun. Seriously, check out Gamagora, it's worth it!

Best game shop in town! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Large selection of titles and amazing prices! Also everyone working there is super knowledgeable and will work to pair you with the best game for you, even to the detriment of their own sales which is so refreshing! They want to help you to find your next favorite game. It's fantastic!!!While the lounge area is members only, the space is super inclusive for gamers of all types and a fantastic way to meet new people while playing games we all love. The events and space that David and Brittni have created here are amazing!!! We, and many other members, aim to spend multiple evenings a week in the lounge. We often play a party game, light, medium and heavy title all in one week. You should really check it out!We love Gamagora!

Really great game store with a wide selection of games available in the front half of the store. The back half of the store, however, is what makes the place unique. While some might balk at the concept, the members area has the goal of helping develop a gaming community within the walls of the store. It is $42 for the membership and $5 whenever you come to play. Beer, wine and other drinks are available as you play, lounge or even work. Of course, space and facilities cost some money but the organized approach to membership, events, etc could be a good fit for those wanting to build closer friendships with those who love to game.

This business doesn't have a return policy as well as crummy customer service. I would heavily avoid buying from this store since Guardian Games has one and much better prices as well, don't waste your money here!

Best selection of games in the area, but as others have said, the “members only” thing is very off-putting. I don’t live in Corvallis, but drove there today solely to visit the Geekhouse, and with every intent of purchasing multiple games (like I have done many times before). However, prior to browsing the isles, excitedly looking for my next game (or 5), I asked to use the restroom. I was immediately asked if I was a “member”, and that they aren’t “allowed” to let non-members use the toilet. I guess shopping in comfort at this store is a members-only privilege. I left immediately feeling frustrated and somewhat belittled. I won’t be going back. Plenty of other options within driving distance and without the pretentiousness of a needing to join an exclusive group to be included. Sucks to not be able to support a local shop but this is how you push good customers away.

This is the best board game shop I have ever stepped foot in. They have the best selection, I found games here that I have a hard time finding elsewhere! The vibes are immaculate, I can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic shop for anyone who likes board games or RPGs. Very friendly staff too.

This store has a great selection of board games and comics, as well as a few other geeky things. All stuff that I'm normally very into. However, all I could hear from the people working there today was them telling a customer how exclusive their members club is, how long it takes to join, etc. They went on to talk about all the cool events they host during the week... for members only! One of the first things you see when walking in is a huge lounge and table area (completely empty today) with a sign boldly proclaiming "MEMBERS ONLY" Literal gatekeeping goes against everything that table top gaming represents, and I have very rarely felt less welcome to be a board game enthusiast.
