Mostly good coffee (varies from day to day, and from barista to barista) and great snacks in a large white room, with a rigid, lifeless vibe. Parking is tough, and tricky, in a small lot.The really not great part about T&T South is the male barista that works there on Mondays. That fellow is very rude to me and others, consistently. He goes out of his way to be cold and unkind, every time I visit. Avoiding eye contact and remaining as quiet as possible - the usual Oregonian lack of basic manners.I'd steer clear of the place on Mondays, and get take out if you can.

The coffee is delicious. If you are looking for good coffee, come here. The staff are friendly and smiling. The place is quiet and beautiful. I bought roasted coffee to have another cup of coffee at home. Thank you.

If you're looking for a solid illustration of why Oregon is such a white and unhappy state, look no further than Tried and True Coffee Company. I'm a person of color who has visited the coffee shop several times, and each time, I was met with unbelievably cold, aloof and intentionally unkind behavior, especially from the young man with the dark beard who tends to work on Mondays, and the young woman with the long, straight hair who also tends to work early in the week. They make sure to passive-aggressively emanate hatred and disapproval every time they see me.Fortunately, the local people who order coffee before and after me are met with a chipper, "good morning!" and an overall friendly demeanor, and they get to pick up their coffee or snack with the same chill vibe and basic courtesy. How great. As for me, I'm met with a cold, vacant stare, and zero acknowledgement of what I have ordered. Their silence and negative energy speaks volumes. Then, when I pick up my coffee/pastry, the clerk drops my order as quickly as they can, and darts across the staff area to avoid me.If you want to continue to breed hatred in your coffee shop, keep it up. You are doing great. While you're on break, you may want to read articles about how Oregon has the highest rate of depression in the United States at 25.20% and is the worst-ranked state for youth mental health in general.Naturally, I am moving. And yes, I will be sure to confirm your racist and xenophobic behavior to all who ask. Regardless of your hatred, I send you my best wishes for you to reconnect with what is good inside of you, that you seem to have forgotten.

Nice quiet place to get some work done on a Sunday afternoon. Staff is always friendly and knows their coffee very well. With consistently well poured shots and excellent latte art with all milk types they have best cortado I've have in Corvallis. The chai is excellent as well though not brewed in house. The food menu is slim pickings but the baguettes go well well with their coffee despite being a bit tough to chew and the pastries are decent as well. If you are interested in high quality espresso it is must.
