What a terrific dinner last night. We're here for the Oregon Logger Conference and were delighted to receive such a perfect dinner, from appies to desert, it was on point. The halibut filet was perfect, juicy and flavourful. Our hats off to the staff and

The best thing about Carlita's is the view. Simply spectacular! However, any Mexican restaurant that serves tortilla chips dusted with SUGAR is wayyyy off track! That, and a supposed "margarita" that didn't taste like any margarita I've ever had, served in a tin cup, mostly ice. The pork taco I had was ok, but the tortilla was served cold!! This place just doesn't have it. I won't go back, because I can't even enjoy a basked of chips and a margarita while looking at the million dollar view.

Food was absolutely fantastic. Service was awful. We had a bigger party and the restaurant was pretty empty and yet we got checked on only once. When we were splitting checks I specifically told the waitress what was on my bill, as I got a couple of drinks but my friend was paying for them. Then I received my check and all the drinks were on it so I asked her and she just told me she couldn’t change the check which is frustrating when I specifically let her know what was on my bill and my friend next to me was going to pay for my drinks. Another aspect is that there was a 20% gratuity for parties larger than 6 people which we had, however, when they added it, it was in very small lettering and I’ve had to pay an additional gratuity before and they’ve let us know beforehand that it was added and if we wanted to tip additionally we could! Most of our party didn’t even realize that it was added because it wasn’t in a noticeable spot and small lettering.Maybe I’d recommend take out since the service seems to be an issue for this restaurant.

I'm the guy you argued with for ordering limes with my club soda. It's not my place to tell you how to run your business, but it should not take 45 minutes to get a wedge of lime. Not the end of the world, but apparently I'm persona non grata down there for asking for limes.I wish you well, but we won't be back.
I'm going to go back and try the outside rooftop when it's warm. While we appreciated the happy hour we stumbled into (even on weekends folks!) , and the views are great, we'd not go back for the food or the margarita we tried. The margarita was VERY sweet- housemate sour was the only thing I could taste & it was reminiscent of the stuff that comes in a bottle that I don't consider a margarita. No lime. No tequila.Good salsa, But chips had sugar & salt?? Chips don't need sugar!!Tacos were decent but not stand out enough to make me as this to regular rotation. I'll try it in the summer and report back.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. The whole place is designed beautifully, great views of the city. Food and margaritas were amazing.

I really wanted to give this place five stars, but the lack of customer service I received when trying to resolve an issue made by a staff member changed my review. I signed the receipt and left a tip to be charged onto the card I had left for payment. The amount that ended up being charged onto my card, was not the correct amount I signed on. I was overcharged, or the tip was entered in incorrectly. I reached out to the restaurant and was told that someone in management would contact me to resolve this issue and refund me. A week went by, and no one ever contacted me. When I reached out to the restaurant again, no one replied or resolved my issue. And for me it is not about the amount I am owed refunded, but the lack of concern in resolving the issue. If I ever go back here again, I will never write in a tip on the card receipt. I don't trust it will be entered in correctly. Besides this issue, the view from the rooftop is nice, and the food and drinks are tasty. The service was good as well besides this one thing.

Great food. Fast service. Good drinks. Prices per norm. A bit noisy but that's to be expected in s popular pace with lots of people.

Absolutely recommend this restaurant! The ambiance is amazing wether you sit inside or outside. This restaurant is 21 years of age and up! On a nice night it's great to sit outside on the balcony, the low lit lights and fire table are a vibe! There is only one fire pit table so if you're wanting that it may or may not be a wait. I recommend the chips and salsa with chorizo skillet. The chicken tacos and pork belly tacos are phenomenal! I love the blackberry margarita with an extra shot is perfect! This beautiful place is a must! Perfect for a girls night out or a date!

We went there today for lunch. It wasn’t until we got off the elevator that we were informed that the restaurant was closed for a private event. I think this practice disrespects regular customers. No notice on line, in the lobby or in the elevator. What a waste of time. Will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone! We will not be back!!!! When you can’t count on eating at a place during regular hours, then it’s not worth going!

We were there for a company event tonight. The staff was super friendly. That ends the positives. The seats in the event room were so low everyone had trouble getting out of them. Also, the acoustics in the room were so bad we couldn't hear the person next to us talking. My voice gave out after a half hour. They ran out of Pepsi and an hour later I still wasn't getting a refill, and no one bothered to ask if I'd like something different. The guacamole and pineapple salsa were delicious. I ordered the ensalada. The waitress insulted my intelligence by informing me it was a salad. No kidding? It was supposed to have a citrus vinaigrette, but all I tasted was oil. Not even good oil, rancid oil. My wife got the vegetarian taco and a vegetarian tostada. The black beans in the tostada had so much cumin it made her nauseated and she couldn't eat it. It was just disgusting. We're so glad we didn't pay for the meal. Skimpy portions of inedible food at super prices. No thank you. We will never go back.
