My fiancé told me about this Japanese food truck in Eugene he's been wanting to try out and I'm so so happy we did! Masa Yatai is located in a community of other food trucks. It's such a cute spot with a live band, perfect for a date and/or friends and family to hangout. There's a small parking lot as well as street parking. Just wow. I wasn't expecting such perfectly cooked salmon and crispy, flavorful chicken. Presentation was also beautiful but I was so impatient to start eating, I didn't even get a chance to take a photo. Will definitely be back!

The sweetest family. The best Japanese food in town.They take such care in how they prepare their food and where they source the ingredients from. I’ve come to eat here since they opened up ;) they have loyal customers for a reason!
