Wow! I have been sitting here waiting for my food for 35 minutes. Why tell customers it is only going to take 10 minutes if it's going to take 40? I am a diebetic with 6 starving children and its a school night and its almost 9 pm!!!!! A refund would be nice. And my food. Mmmkay??? Riiiiggghhhtt....

They told me that Italian Cheese Bread was not available right now.. I asked why not, the kid told me that he didn't know. I said can I speak to the Manager. A guy finally came out and told me that ICB is not on their system so they can't sell it. I said it is on your menu and on all of the advertisements throughout the store, but not on your computer. I think that they just didn't want to make it.

i live right next to it. little ceasers has always been a fave but this one consistently is underdone, literally every single time even if you ask for extra crispy. and puts a total of 6 pepperonis on the entire $8 pizza. total bull and it’s been like that for 8 months now.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the second time to this store and it will be my last. Both times they messed up my order; second time while I waited at the store to ensure they got it right. The store is dirty. They are out of many items. When you try to resolve issues the staff are highly unprofessional.

NEVER order here. I placed an order with pickup by mistake. Tried to call to cancel or switch to delivery and they IGNORED 7 CALLS I tried to make! BAD SERVICE, wasted my $20.00 for a mistake that could've been fixed.

Showed up for mobile order told they missed it and food would be ready in 5 or 10 min i then waited an hour and when I got my food it was wrong and his reply was sorry that’s what we got right now

I ordered online and went in to pick it up almost an hour after ordering. Upon arrival, there was a lot of people waiting inside. It took so long just for someone to come and greet and help me when i came inside. They made us wait even longer for our orders. After I got home and opened the pizza, it was made incorrectly and didn't taste or look the same as my previous pizzas I've ordered. (I order the same pizza everytime) I didn't want to go back and wait even more so I called them but they didn't answer. I kept calling them and they never answered once. And it was 2-3 hours until closing, so it's not like they were closing soon. I called them the next day and told them what happened and they told me they would only remake it if we bring 85% of the pizza left. My family had been waiting a long time and were hangry so we ate it with 3 pieces left. But my hubby didn't get to eat it because his half of the pizza was the side they messed up on. They made an excuse of their phones not working well but they answered my phonecall perfectly fine when I called the first time the next day. This business just has a bunch of teenagers running the place and they are so unprofessional and don't know how to do customer service well. I spoke with 2 managers who sounded like more teenagers. Like you need to have an adult with each crew of teenagers here. Terrible service. They would not remake my pizza. No courtesy to make things right.
