The service is great, the pizza is brought to the table, ask for ranch it doesn't come on its own. Now the time you have been waiting for the food!We got the pepperoni with Italian sausage. Sausage is cut thin not in a crumble form. The sauce was balanced good flavor but doesn't over power with sage, time or oregano. The crust is on the thin side which is great if you want more than once pieces because the cuts are pretty big (Costco pizza slices size). Cheese is quality, the pepperoni used is quality and big NYC style which I personally love. Crust was not floppy, and the back crust bite was crunchy and had a snap.We got the garlic knots with cheese.. Ordered my pizza and sat there for half hour as other customers whom came in after me were getting their Orders well before me, the employees were running around confused, completely dropped the ball, used to be one of my favorite spots.Went in 2-16-24 and had quite possibly the worst customer service, and listened to a female employee completely cut down customers talking trash and being disrespectful, pearl Street lost my business for good, that location seems to have the worst employees, if you don't like people don't work with the public, and owners hold your employees accountable! Absolutely ridiculous

Was like eating a salt lick. They brought everyone else’s food out to them as we sat and waited only to find out after an hour it was just sitting there in their warmer. Ordered pepperoni, it was the greasiest and saltiest pizza I’ve ever eaten.
