Simple, enticing, why question reality. Most of the kids here work hard.

Food was good as usual. Counter service was very friendly and prompt but it took really long time to get our drinks. The drinks did not come at the same time which we didn't make sense.

Stopped by here last week to get a pumpkin spice latte. Friendly and fast service, no complaints!

Service is slow, the workers are harried, the bathroom is closed, and there's no place to sit during the interminable wait because seating is cordoned off. Use the drive-through.

they physically do not have enough equipment nor space for it to fulfill all their orders on time so you may have to wait a bit for your order

The staff make this location absolutely wonderful! My go-to for coffee on campus.

Campus Starbucks. Lots of staff and doing a good job keeping up with the deluge of orders.

It's a great Starbucks. If it's not packed with students, it's a nice place to sit and work because it has huge windows and a lot of light comes in. People working there have always been super friendly in the last two and some years I've been going there. Just be aware that it has some times of the day that it can get really crowded because it's in the middle of campus
The manager at this location is the worst. She needs training badly. I asked for a cup of coffee with sweetener. I have a Starbucks travel mug and asked if it was against policy to transfer into the mug... The lady said they can't have a cup from outside - inside the building - no shock to me.. no problem. I asked for my coffee without a straw and no lid. When I'm at the window the manager says she refuses to serve me because she can't pass a coffee through the window without a lid. I say no problem but I don't want the lid in here so I'll throw it in the trash. She said they only have trash indoors and so I would have to get out and walk in - I said I won't be doing that... Essentially, she refused to serve me because she felt like her servers would be in harms way serving me a coffee without the lid... Even though I told her to go ahead and serve it with the lid and that I would transfer to my other cup outside the window and away from her people. I'm dressed in work clothes and clean and well kept. I thought the convo was civil but ultimately she seemed to want to cling to the idea that I didn't want a lid (even though I told her to serve it with a lid). She practically argued with me over a non-issue and made a large stink out of something that should have been acknowledged and minimized. This lady is a very unprofessional and needs to be trained in customer service instead of acting like it's a felony to work with patrons who don't want straws and lids. Her refusal to serve me was an insult to one of Starbucks most loyal customers; me. Consider a trash bin outside the service window if you must? But refusing service because a customer doesn't want a lid and straw? Is simply ridiculous! I would give this location a zero if that was an option.

.70 for a non dairy alternative is ridiculous but no surprise from a company that doesn't care about the environment

Accessible but still a bit expensive

Good Starbucks, one of the better ones in town.
