I have been a faithful Strapworks customer for over 15 years, but lately, they can't even answer their phones or emails. I needed a big custom order for my biggest customer which I've done before but they took so long - would not communicate on any level to make this order complete to the point I LOST MY BIGGEST CUSTOMER & ORDER TO THE COMPETITION.I AM NOW CERTAIN I CAN FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Had a great experience in 2018, had the worst experience last week. Tried to make a quick, small, custom order. People are no longer allowed in the building, all contact is email, and CS person was obsessed with my order from 5 years ago which they "found" after I emailed it to them. They wanted me to approve and pay for a design they never sent me before they would even start the order. I would have preferred to support a local company, but Amazon was easier and faster.

my search for the products I wanted was quick and straightforward. The cost savings for what I wanted made me suspicious to even order as much as I did. but I received my order quick complete, and the quality I hoped for & needed. I noticed some of the poor readings were during the pandemic, so I let that slide. I will definitely be going back to strap works for more products.

Lacking customer service. Always a struggle to pick up my orders after receiving email that they are ready.

Nice straps, the ones I ordered were for hanging planters from a pergola. Easy order process and nice knowledgeable associate. The only deduct was these were supposed to be beige or tan, they are more of a copper color.
So hard to do business with. I can't ever get someone on the phone after navigating the automated phone messages and redirects that take forever. The phone system has hung up on me multiple times, and I can't seem to get a call back after leaving a voicemail to place an order of 7000 ft of webbing! Last time I placed a large order with custom cuts, the straps were ALL different lengths it was a huge mess. Just plain difficult to deal with and disappointing over all pretty much every time I try to buy here.

Great shipping - order arrived in 4 days to east coast. YouTube videos were a great help for me to know what I was needing. Also, great description of items and use. Thanks too for taking orders from indivuals and not just businesses.

I am not sure why this company has turned to $h** lately. We have been buying for years from them. Now they take two to three emails to return an email, they are impossible to get a hold of on the phone and take forever to do anything.
