Came in around 4:30pm on November 3, 2015. Even though there were 3 people ahead of us (each of whom participated in the National Sandwich Day promotion) we were offered service in an extremely timely fashion. It was busy and my boyfriend and I also both participated in the promotion, but I even ordered 3 sandwiches. I ordered online because I thought it would be best during a lock down. I ordered two subs. Not too sophisticated an order. Pretty simple. Both toasted. When I got home I had two subs...untoasted. one was a BLT w/ham salami and pepperoni. I ordered a Philly cheese, and a BLT. Both toasted. Both with spinach. I hope this post will encourage them to do better for take out orders. Happy Holidays ? ??
