Taco Bell is just Taco Bell, there are much better places in my opinion to get Mexican food.

Dirty, and they gave my $100+ order for our basketball teams dinner to someone else, and would not replace the order. Had to order and pay all over. This is the worst customer service I have seen, even for fast food. Never again.

FEVER x DREAM
Went through the drive-thru to get a quick dinner in a hurry.Got all the way home and realized upon inspecting before the first bite that my crunch wrap had MOLD on the tortilla. I called the tb to let them know they're serving moldy food and if I could get a replacement if I bring it back the following day with receipt. I was told it absolutely had to be right now. I wasn't able to drop everything and drive all the way back there at 10:30 p.m. I was very busy (hence the tb drive-thru dinner). It was obvious they could care less.The lost few dollars is not the point, the fact that they're serving moldy food is what bothers me. Why do people with ZERO customer service skills always get jobs in the customer service field?! If it was possible I would give negative stars.

Not, enough meat inside the Chalupa or, tacos. If a customer has to comeback because of THE WORKERS mistake don't treat them like they are lying! Nobody wants to HAVE to COMEBACK because of a workers mistake. Offer to make them happy. Don't be rude. There's enough hate out here & good HOT food is expensive, don't add to it.

I really wish they'd toss potatoes that sit for longer than 10-15 minutes like they're supposed to.. instead they seem to use them and they're pretty gross once they've sat out that long. Please make fresh ones when the old ones need to be tossed. Customers would rather wait a little longer for good food. Makes you look lazy/incompetent when you give out food that shouldn't be served.

If I could leave a negative stars review I would. So just went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Well after receiving my order I pulled over to check my food. Well I was miss a bean and cheese, a soft taco, and the new enchilada box. So I went in to let them know and even brought my food in so they can see and check. The worker then looked at my receipt argued with me saying that the burrito and soft taco weren't on my receipt and ignored the whole other box meal. After 20mins of trying to show the worker on the recipt the food I thought they were finally going to fix it. But no. I asked about my box meal again after having to buy another burrito and soft taco because I thought they were at least gonna fix that one. Well now a different worker came to the counter asking to check my food and receipt after just having the other worker do so. She then stated that we count everything that goes into the bag and that I am wrong. Hence the other worker checking food and acknowledging it missing. To end this here I don't recommend this taco bell at all. Every time I have went I am always missing something. But always try to give benefit of the doubt. But I'll be staying away from this one as now they have gotten free money from me now.

This was my first time trying Taco Bell. The food was wonderful. The chicken was really good and they made it just right. This was a delicious taco. I've seen most Taco Bells are modern, so I would give the atmosphere here a 5 stars, food 5 stars, and service 5 stars.

Always a good place for me and family? dietary restrictions though, if you are MSG sensitive , which alot of my family is, then be cautious of intake of certain items. MSG can and does cause Migraine headaches. I have experienced some of this myself.Vegetarian options: Can easily ask for modifications to your foods of choice.Dietary restrictions: Vegan all the way to meat lovers ?Kid-friendliness: They have hi-chairs available if needed inside, bathrooms with security codes/locks.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a dip in the sidewalk near the front door entrance so that wheelchairs can be moved easily from vehicle to restaurant. Tables are easily accessed by wheelchair or highchairs for family or patients. Whoever is along for the meal.

Young man that took my order was great ,then a person brought a order to the counter and called out a name couldn't understand then she yelled at me don't you want your order I approached the counter and she said what the order was English so poor still couldn't understand stand her lucky young man returned to counter it wasn't even my order he apologized for her rudeness my food was delicious
