had the bison burger from here last night at two shy brewery. It was the best burger and fries I've had in Roseburg. Great food, really nice owners. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Will be eating here as often as I can.

Had our first Beast Burger at the Willie Wilkinson wrestling tournament in Glide. By far the best bacon cheeseburger ? and fries ? we have had in years. Will definitely be going back for more!

If you want a fresh, seriously tasty, high quality, well prepared burger this is the place. Stopped by today while the burger truck was at Two Shy Brewing, I got an excellent flight and the cheeseburger with pepper jack, habanero bbq sauce, jalapeño and cheese and she got a cheeseburger wrapped with lettuce and all the fixings. Gluten free bun available too.We both loved our burgers, they were perfectly cooked, had excellent high quality tomato, lettuce etc trimmings and a good toasted bun. The fries are tasty too, could be a little crisper but that’s splitting hairs when things are this good. Fast friendly service too.Possibly the best burger we’ve both had all year. Coast to coast. 100% recommended. Two Shy is dog friendly too, and has a fabulous selection of different tasty beers on tap. Well with the trip.

The area is absolutely beautiful. I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, the poor maagement made this impossible. Michelle presents as nice and accomodating but found this to be further from the truth. It was extremely difficult to get any cleaning or cean linen througout our stay. Multiple times, Michelle walked in on my husband when I was not there and would only check in on room when she knew he was alone. Her behavior towards him was extremely inappropriate.
