Awesome experience I will becoming a regular
Great location with ample parking and a new, cute and clean shop. Unfortunately, the customer service fell short, no warm greeting or friendly smiles, which made the experience feel less inviting. We ordered the pecan roll.It was a bit dry with too many pecans and not enough icing. We’ll give it another in the future and hope for a better experience (and some smiles) next time!
It was quiet enough to talk.
So happy to have this open so close to home! Delicious cinnamon rolls and ice cream. Staff is very friendly!
I would give it six stars!
Got a classic cinnamon roll and a Bonini. I've been to many cinnabon locations over 30 years, and they're always pretty much the same and delicious. This place really didn't meet that bar though. The rolls tasted dried out like they were a day old, and the center of the classic was just uncooked goop while also feeling dried out, which was impressive. Even day old and undercooked cinnabon isn't 1 star though.
Multiple times since opening staff have been extremely rude especially today I don’t remember her name she was working night shift and had comb over with tattoos
You need coffee ☕️
I was shocked 😲 not see coffee with cinnamon rolls!
I was impressed by how clean and organized the restaurant was.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Got a ice cream sandwich today. On their website it states it is soft serve ice cream in between 2 freshly baked cookies. WRONG. The cookies were so hard we threw the whole thing away. Horrible.

Just opened! Gotta give it some time for things to be perfect and I’ve had a good experience so far!
Vary disappointed 😞 they charged me for the size I asked for but served me a smaller size and then spilled all the toppings i asked for off of my sunday because their was so much ice cream they could add the toppings... then the main reason we went in was for a cinnamon roll from our favy place. Expecting a nice gooey cinnamon roll. But instead we got a dry like 3 day old roll. Sweat treats are a once in a while thing for some family's because of the economy and it just sucks when it feels like its waisted and un enjoyable.
I'll be really honest, this was really underwhelming. This a very sad example of shrinkflation. The cinnamon roll was small and dry.
I think if I ever have the desire to get a cinnamon roll again I'll just drive the extra 30 minutes to the Washington Square location. I got a cinnamon roll there a couple months ago and it was much larger and had more frosting.
My overall experience was meh.
I’ve ordered three times from this location. 2/3 times the center of the classic rolls were not cooked. They were doughy and the first time made me sick. This latest time the same issue doughy and not cooked in the center. I have never had this happen at any other Cinnabon swirl or Cinnabon location.
Worst Cinnabon that we have ever gotten. They were old, small and very dry. So disappointed! For being a new store, you would think you would try harder.
