Customer Service beyond just making drinks. The whole crew is great. They all work between this one and the other one in Beaverton. Go try it with you haven't

The staff here is so rude that they refused to add a slice of lemon to my tea even when I said I’d be paying for it. Poor customer service. Will never go back.

I was really excited to have a boba tea shop so close by...until I watched a worker go from typing on their phone to sneezing multiple times literally into their hand (not their elbow) and then go immediately into making drinks, without washing their hands. Food safety, who? Good hygiene? Don't know her, I guess. The fact that no one else working there said anything makes me really uncomfortable with their food handling as well.

I have not had this happen at any other boba shop. When I went in it was legitimately humid, I could feel the humidity on my skin, it was the single most uncomfortable I have felt in just about any building I have ever entered. I need a shower after having been in there for a minute.

Parking: was miserable to find parking, I was debating covering my plate so I could take a paid parking. One of the most annoying areas to park.

I don’t know what it is, but they always hire the rudest employees here. A couple years ago they were at least polite, now they don’t smile, don’t say thank you, barely acknowledge you? It’s very weird vibes. It’s hard to want to go— no matter how good the tea is compared to other local spots— when it’s so unwelcoming.

If that doesn’t bother you, the drinks are the really good.
