Not bad for fast food. They have, as long as I’ve been going here as a kid, employed mainly young people in their teens or early twenties. Nothing wrong with that in and of itself. They are normally energetic and enthusiastic but can be as inattentive and forgetful as I admit to being at that age. No big deal. The food is three star. I’m giving four due to service being normally friendly. It isn’t five stars since there is a good chance that something you paid for isn’t included in your order although it’s normally something minor like, say, dipping sauce or napkins. Definitely check before leaving if in the drive through.The play room for kids is a nice bonus. My son is approaching the age limit (12) but still likes it.

Took my kids to Dairy Queen and ordered the chicken strips, they didn’t ask me what sauce I wanted, when they brought it to my table I noticed it was gravy. When I went back to the counter and asked for ranch, said I’ve have to pay for it. She didn’t even offer to exchange the sauce for me. I even explained to her how I can’t eat the gravy sauce and she held her ground, I was going to have to pay for the sauce that was suppose to be “sauce of my choice included with meal” as the menu stated.Very poor customer service.

I would love to visit every day but I would like to stay slim haha. Fantastic deserts and the pretzels are warm and soft and come with a queso sauce that is so perfect. Theres all types of food, burgers, hot dogs with chili, onion rings and chicken strips with country gravy. DeliciousKid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome and encouraged i might say

They can't get my order right. There's an option for a 1/2 pound burger or a 1/3 pound burger. They do not understand that a half is larger than a third. When I order the half pound burger I get the third pound one because the third pound one has two patties. This has happened half a dozen times. I'm finally giving up on this place. I'm tired of the hassle.

The service at this location was exquisite. I personally loved the banana split dripping in chocolate sauce and the cute worker got crazy with the whip cream. yum!

We went to get icecream, and the person at the window who was serving the cones said that the machine wasn't working so they gave us one in a cup and one ice cream where the cone was broken. We didn't mind at first until my sister said she wanted it in a cone. My mom told this to the woman at the window and the worker looked at her, and proceeded to close the window on her, completely ignoring her.

The staff was not helpful or friendly. The restaurant was really dirty. They laughed at a child who ran into their glass door instead of seeing if the child was alright. They were saying they were going to close the door on a bus even though they were still open for another hour and a half. They had more staff talking instead of actually working. I won't give my business to them again.
We stopped in to the drive thru a few minutes ago. Unknowingly we overpaid by a $20 bill. After counting the money we paid, the fella at the window returned the $20 bill. Many thanks for his honesty!!

Stopped by here for lunch, bathrooms were disgusting, garbage cans were overflowing, floors were sticky. Took us a long time waiting at front counter to order. Several workers passed us and didn’t say a word to us. Just talking to each other. None of them smiled at all to any customers. When food was brought to table, the employee just plopped the tray down on table and didn’t say a word. Food was good though. Won’t be back.
