We used Paco's Taco's for our wedding catering last September and they were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time and brought a ton of food. All the food was delicious and their spread was very nice and put together. On top of that their staff was very friendly. All our guests are still raving about the food. :)

Had Pacos Tacos catering at a recent wedding and it was delicious! Wish I stopped by the truck on the way out of town.

Absolutely the most incredible Mexican food of my life. I'm not even joking. Ever since I tried this place for the first time a year ago, I have not stopped thinking about it since. I will drive hours out of my way just to stop here for lunch. An absolute must try if you're in the area. The only drawback is that there's no dining area if you want to eat there.Dietary restrictions: All their tacos are made with corn tortillas, so a large portion of the menu is gluten friendly. The burritos still use flour though.

At I84 location. Please train your staff before they take people's money for food. I don't blame the person who gave me a half rolled burrito that I couldn't eat till I got home 2 hours later and dumped into a bowl cause it exploded in my car. I blame the person who trained them. They were new and that's ok, but it was $13.

Paco’s tacos has been a favorite for a long time. I normally love the Mt Hood burrito. Today the Mt Hood Burrito was half the size it normally is and when I got home I noticed the guacamole and sour cream were missing. I ordered two. I Definitely did not feel like these two small burritos should have cost $24 and missing my two favorite ingredients, they didn’t taste as good as they usually do. Bummer.

Great samurai tacos! We tried the carnitas & al pastor. Lots of flavor & toppings. They're super busy during Saturday Market, so give yourself time & be patient. They're a great business & worth the wait.

Most places give you the option of tipping as soon as you complete your order by turning the payment pad or handing it to you so you may tip or decline discreetly. I recently started tipping AFTER being served my food because of all the times I tipped before being served yet the employees weren't polite or didn't even give the bare minimum to deserve a tip. I always tip the standard 20%, more if it was exceptional, even 10% if you do terrible.Today, Saturday May 27th 2023, cashier with a beard, plain black shirt and chain (picture that) took my order then with people in line said "Tip?" and I said "No tip, not yet" and get this, he mean mugged me like I burned his house down. So my reaction was to ask "Is there more you need from me like a signature?" And he said "No, but no tip from you?" trying to embarrass me and guilt me into it and look bad in front of the people behind me. No "thank you for your order," no "that'll be 25 minutes" because it took that long, just turned away. And that is exactly why I don't tip before being served anymore. This is my first ever 1 star review. And you bet your expletive I checked mine and my son's food to make sure he didn't mess with it. They proved that good help is hard to find these days. Never going back.

Hands down the best Mexican food in Hood River. I love the food there always a treat. Wish they were open more often than they are. Definitely amazing food friendly staff good prices not going to find better deal for food this good.Vegetarian options: Their food I'd made to the way you order it so if you don't want meat then you don't order meat.Kid-friendliness: Lots of different options. The kids always are happy with the food when we go.Dietary restrictions: So many options to choose from and you can order the food how you want it with what you want on it or don't want on it. Example being I can't have onions so when I order my food I express that I can't have onions and they make sure mine is made with no onions. Another of my friends can't have tortilla but loves Mexican food so orders everything that would be in a burrito ? but without the tortilla they put everything in a tray so he still gets to enjoy his Mexican food just minus the stuff he can't have.

Been going for years as a visitor to town. This time the Mt Hood burrito was child sized and hardly anything but tortilla and a little chicken and few pieces of lettuce, no guacamole. Can’t justify going back since they are charging $12/burrito. Good thing we packed extra snacks from home to supplement our dinner!

The guy running the food truck was awesome! The food exquisite! I will definitely return to the food truck in the future if I get hungry and am in the area. Thank you very much for the excellent service and of course the atmosphere was superb on a nice sunny day in mid-February. Oh and of course he was open after he technically was supposed to close at 3:00 p.m. that was very kind of him to take another two orders.

I cannot recommend Paco’s Taco truck enough! Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Food was insanely delicious. We got the carne asada tacos and WOW!! Honestly some of the best tacos I have EVER had. Highly recommend.

Used to be my favorite burrito in town.Suddenly a good sized $8 burrito became a small $12 burrito, so I no longer eat here.

This is not a review of the food but the attitude. They were rudely blasting their music over a local musician playing at the farmer’s market next door. I suggested the polite thing would be to turn it down until the brief performance was over. They pretended like they would but then did not. Not very nice of them. I don’t even know the musician; it’s just basic human decency.

Being my first time here I had to try a bit of everything so I ordered 2 Carne asada , 1 Al pastor - mulitas, and 3 Carnitas quesa tacos. I must say honestly the food here was fire ? fast friendly service, and authentic. Would definitely recommend ?.
