I love supporting local businesses! This place is awesome! The customer service is one of the best in town! Their food is very awesome! I love that if I want to call and place a takeout order, they actually answer the phone. And, my takeout orders are always exactly what I ordered. A side note, this was the last takeout place we ordered for my brother before he passed away from cancer recently. He loved their clam chowder as much as I do! So I will always order clam chowder because it is so good! Their fries are awesome too! Their burgers are very tasty too! Come support them!

Great high quality burgers and a variety of other specially items like pad Thai, soups, and salads and their own style of fries!One of my favorite places to eat downtown and a long time hood river location.Update2022: after 15+ years as a gorge local, my family still prefers 6th St over other options in town. Classic Hood River location and ownership / staff that are always friendly and welcoming.

Food was great. Service was a bit slow but it was busy just before the holiday. Atmosphere was, an experience. The cabinet behind the bar was crazy loud. Yes it was busy so there was all that noise, that was pierced regularly by the slam of the door. It didn't seem to bother most, but it certainly discouraged me from lingering for another glass

Food was terrible. On the way to leavonworth, WA, we stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered some drinks. We ordered a Timberlake Mule, it was supposed to have vodka but it tasted like water. Never coming back.

We’ve eaten here twice & enjoyed it both times. The 1st time was last summer & we enjoyed the patio seating, food, & wonderful customer service. This time was cold & rainy outside, so we enjoyed dining inside. The customer service is very friendly & helpful, food is good, & the atmosphere is welcoming & pleasantly warm temperature (feels like many other places want patrons to leave quickly because it’s so cold during the cold weather months, but here I was able to comfortably keep off my coat). I would say this bistro is also family friendly as there were several very little ones near our table. We plan on returning!Vegetarian options: I am a pescatarian. I have had their pear & walnut salad, ceasar salad, & salmon cakes. I don’t recall if they had dietary restrictions listed on the menu. I liked all 3 of these dishes. I appreciate that there’s no shortage of toppings on the salads.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid’s menu & high chairs provided for little ones. Staff is very friendly towards kids.

After looking at reviews I though it would be a good place. It was bad. Burgers were bad. Soup was the only ok dish. I feel like we overpaid Also. Not coming back.
Food that is always AMAZING and a great staff that is so welcoming and friendly. What a great place to eat, will definitely be back.

From a warm welcome to a delicious burger, Sixth Street delivered a great lunch. Sitting at the bar the bartenders were friendly and attentive. Ruth's burger was cooked to perfection and tasty. People around me were enjoying lots of great-looking food. Everything was warm and friendly.

Only street parking available.Friendly staff.Sat upstairs.Ordered their soup of the day which was Creamy Potato Bacon and it was delicious with wonderful texture.Their french fries had a lovely spiced blend and crunchy.Their version of Chicken Satay and the marinade contained a pleasant surprise spice: curry! A different take that works!
