So, I stopped for more chocolate froyo, and lo, they offered me a cake! Yellow cake with walnuts and a very light white icing.

The SWEETEST family owned business! My family was visiting over the weekend from out of town and when we finally found the FroYo, they were literally walking out the door to lock up (it was an hour after they already closed). Without us even saying a word, they offered to go back in and open up for our 3 kiddos. Our kids watched through the window as they made the most adorable waffle bowls full of goodies. Not only was the family so sweet for doing this but the ice cream and topping options were wonderful. Thank you for making out trip that much sweeter.

As a family owned business, I understand that having newcomers in town can be strange. Especially since Hood River is next to a major highway. And it must be difficult keeping up to code with a large interior. Especially if the kitchen still has the original piping of its time. But whomever was in charge of marketing is FIRED!
