Disappointed at our local KFC. They shorted us on our order. They also have continued to reduce the size of their sides for $20 family meal. It shows the full portion on the website. I do get them the ?? for having employees wearing gloves.

Got a 8 piece regular chicken tonight for dinner, the chicken was terrible like they hadn't changed oil in a month or more. It was dark and cooked so hard you couldn't bite through the thigh. 32.00 is a hell of alot when your on social security. Won't be eating there for a long damn time.

I came in to pick up an order and the MOD (Angela Martinez) was yelling at the employees and slamming down dishes. She was not only rude to the workers but rude towards the customers as well. This seems to happen more frequently than I would have expected!The food was great as usual and the other employees were respectful and great. Someone needs to report her to a higher authority so she can learn to respect her employees better! And they wont have to walk on eggshells around her anymore. Or send her to another KFC!!!

They ran out of chicken on the bone so I could not get the family bucket of chicken. It's now the 2nd trip in as many weeks to get a 12 PC family meal and they did not have enough chicken to put in the bucket.Instead the first time they only gave 10 pics and didn't bother to tell me and this time they substituted tenders and a few wings. Not impressed with a chicken restaurant that continuously runs out of the one thing they are supposed to have. CHICKEN ...... but the biscuits were on point and delicious as always.

Female in the back was more interest in male in back. Biscuit were flat and old. Found a phone- wallet in parking lot, turned it in. Hope the owner got. Had to wait so long almost left, wish I would of!!!Parking: Hard to get out of there

We arrived and ordered 2 16 piece meals for a large family and were asked to pull to the front and they would bring it out. We sat there for a few minutes and were informed they just dropped more chicken and it would be about 20 minutes but the chicken would be fresh. No big deal 20 minutes isn't that long. 20 minutes came and went as others are going in and out with food. Again we are assured it will just be a few more minutes and the chicken would be fresh. After a hour we went in to find out what was going on and my husband walked out with our food. The chicken was under seasoned and rubbery, the Mac n cheese was mushy, the gravy was tasteless and the potatoes were runny. The only saving grace was the coleslaw. 112 dollars wasted. Will not go back.
