I'm sure I've had worse pizza, I just can't remember when. Taste like store bought frozen pizza at best. I ordered the "Italian". Zero taste and the dough was bland and undercooked. I think I've had better grocery store frozen pizza.

This is by far the worst and most horrid pizza , no chesss, over spiced , bad crust, this place was Once great, now its not worth the money, frozen pizzas are better !! The new owners have ruined a small town treat !!

We dont get to do this often, but some days when we are late getting home, its so nice not to have to cook. Figaros pizza is just perfect for those days! Staff is very nice! Place is clean. Food is ready when you get there. And of course the pizza is delicious!!

We ordered a Garden Veggie and were both disappointed for 2 resons. There wasnt much taste. The red sauce had almost no flavor, like there was almost none on it. The dough had zero taste and i don't understand why. It was also undercooked on the bottom. You can see in the photo the bottom is white which, in a pizza, means it's under cooked. Should be golden. So we put it on a pan and put it in the oven. We have had pizza from here before and did have flavor. I don't understand why this happened.

Ponderosa pizza is far better i walked into figaros and ordered a take and bake pizza it took 45 minutes to get it and it was wrong so they picked it apart to fix it in front of me instead of making it correctly how is it that they employ the most incompetent people the owner must be proud ill not go

Like Papa Murphys, but more dated and not as good. It's a good quick stop for pizza if your trying to keep the bill a little lower than going to the premium pizza joint in town. Also take N bake options are nice but don't save you much money. It seems like there should be more of a distinction between. Recent changes in management may kick off updates but for the most part this chain is pretty locked down nationwide. I would expect it to be fairly consistent. Offering delivery would be a logical next step to upgrade their status and popularity.

New owners have done a wonderful job. Ordered by phone and everything was exactly as ordered. Young lady at counter was extremely nice and professional. Papas supreme was great, oven roasted chicken wing were the best according to my husband. But the biggest hit was the cheese pizza with garlic sauce on artisan crust. Highly recommend.

Awesome Hawaiian pizza. Crust was perfect and the sauce was just right. Loaded up. You won’t go away hungry. I’ll be back.

Arrived at Figaro's July 9, 2023 at 5:30 pm. A male youngster took our order which include 8 bone-in wings (1/2 honey-BBQ and 1/2 Teriyaki) and a medium thin-crust with pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. We were told by the youngster that it would be a 35-minute wait. We waited in the small waiting room so they could not have avoid seeing us there for 40 minutes. We went to the counter and spoke with the same youngster who took our order, who didn't even recognize us. He asked us what we had ordered. he flipped through the tickets which he had diligently speared with his ticket pad. He said they forgot to start our pizza and claimed he would start it right away. I declined and requested my money back ($31). Totally inexcusable! We went down north Hwy 97 to Ponderosa and ordered the same pizza with a 4 piece broasted chicken. The counterperson gave us a free Pepsi for the wait on the pizza. We took it home for dinner and ate it. No more Figaro's pizza. Ponderosa is closer anyhow. They just eternally lost two customers.
