everyone just walked off the line when there’s 5 orders on the board, 2 people standing in line waiting to get their order taken, employees are just walking past customers lol Manager hanging out in the back? I’ve been waiting 30 mins for my food and watched everyone leave/all take their breaks at the same time. Is everyone here autistic?

It's the only one for miles. It's one of the few places open late and early. It can be a long wait during rush times. I don't think they always have everyone they need inside working.They do offer pickup options through the app. There is a place to eat inside, but they do share with the gas station. It's clean.Would be nice if they'd build a new building with play area.

We order at drive thru . I order frappe caramel and she give me ice coffee And I said not ice coffee . She call manager and manager said can’t replace with the coffee frappe. She have hearing problem .I have to order again . I told her many time I want frappe caramel at the fist place. Stupid manager not listen what customers want to buy. I throw away the ice coffee and not get replacement.drive thru super slow not to much customer/car there. I never came again .

Rude older woman slammed down the large cup of coffee we ordered on the counter, then turned her back. No hospitality; no cheerful attitude; no thanks come again. Just basically take your large cup of coffee and get out. We donated the coffee as we left.

Shift manager was completely unprofessional. We just left this McDonalds and will not be stopping next time we pass through. Her condescending attitude and sarcasm made it extremely clear that she didn’t want to be there and hates customers, example, telling us we could’ve used the kiosk to order instead of going to the register. (There was no one else there). Terrible (zero) customer service. She argued when I questioned why half of the order was missing and seemed to have some unresolved trauma that she wasn’t able to compartmentalize during her shift.

worst mcdonald! the supervisor in charge on the evening of 1/24/2024 was rude, childish and unwilling to fix my order which was all wrong. she would not give me her supervisors name and hung up on me. no wonder the orders are wrong and the reviews are horrible. get some good workers and fire that supervisor.

Order placed using app. Store was closed less than 5 minutes later when we tried to pick up food in drive thru notice in window said due to bad weather. I was charged for food I never received. Tried to request refund. Had to leave a message. Never received refund.

Came in tonight and ordered figured it wouldn’t take very long considering their was only one order other then mine. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for my food.then when a young man came up to the front to start taking orders he got yelled at somone from the back yelled at him to stop taking orders and told him to go to the back. I am very disappointed in this service and how they treat their employees.
