Placed a pick up order with almost 3 hours advanced order. 2 foot long, 2 six inch, foot long cookie, chips, drink. They forgot one of the foot longs completely and the foot long cookie so we had to go back in. There were 3 employees and 2 of them were fighting about how it sucks to close with the other because they are slow and takes too long to do his job and he doesn’t want to be there all night again. Got home and the other foot long was missing almost all the toppings. I ordered lettuce, extra onions, bell pepper, extra olives, extra banana peppers, extra mayo, extra mustard. Instead I got no mustard, no bell pepper, no olives, 1 slice of onion that probably fell in, exactly 2 banana peppers, and if there was mayo it was so little that I couldn’t taste it or see it. My sandwich just tasted salty and plain. I came here with my kids last week and it was a girl and a taller guy who sounded new and our food was very good and service was friendly. This is the 3rd time of gone to this location and only the time last week was any good so I probably won’t go back. The bread was very soft and good, however.

Most visits are good, but last visit was horrible. There were 3 young men working. When I walked in door, 2 of the 3 rushed out of the restroom area toward the back room when they saw me come in. The 3rd employee was assisting a family up front. Finally a 2nd employee came out of back to assist me. He appeared completely out of it. Eyes half shut, zero facial expression, barely made eye contact. I thought about walking out and going elsewhere, but gave him the benefit of doubt. WRONG!!I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 footlong, 1 half. He never acknowledged. He made both sandwiches footlongs. I just let it go. He barely put meat in either one. Once toasted, he placed on counter, then went to cash out the customers ahead of me, which took an excessive amount of time due to special requests from them. Im not sure why the employee originally helping them didnt complete the task himself. Anyway, I stood waiting for the extras such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc. for at least 5 full minutes while both employees helped them. Finally the employee who initially helped the family came to finish my sandwiches. Needless to say, sandwiches were cold by the time I got home, not to mention most of the sandwiches were filled with extras, barely any meat. Not sure what the 3rd employee was doing, as I never saw him again.I have never encountered such a disasterous visit before and will think twice before visiting again. I know everyone is having a hard time getting and keeping employees, but management really need to pay attention to what employees are doing to their business. A few good employees are better than 10 who are destroying the businesses reputation. Just my opinion...

[per owner:] ?NO COUPONS?!?!?!?WT? ? SUBWAY ads w/coupons are circulated throughout our community, and on TV commercials as well. In most cases, coupons are always a good thing, especially if you are on a tight budget, but like i said "in most cases". **So before you head down to our local SUBWAY, don't waste your time and effort trying to gather up the Subway coupons you were saving, because our La Pine Subway Sandwich store, DOES NOT HONOR SUBWAY COUPONS! Say it ain't so! SAD but TRUE. We're not talking about "3rd party" coupons, we are talking coupons issued only from SUBWAY. the word "greed" comes into play in this scenario, just sayin'......There aren't many choices when it comes to fast food in La Pine, Oregon. There is a Subway tucked in behind the MacDonalds, and it is not easily seen from highway 97, and no signage either. With that said, there business is limited to the folks who actually live in or around La Pine, and if it wasn't for being right next door to the Best Western Motel, that local Subway would no doubt be hurting for business. The francise owner better start showing a little more support for not only our community, but also potential return customers who travel through Central Oregon. Every now and then, mailers/ with ads are distributed throughout the area, offering coupons for Subway, and other various vendors. Just received some Subway coupons yesterday, so we headed over to our local Subway to treat ourselves (my family including inlaws, nieces nephews etc) 12 people total, and they told me that they don't honor the subway coupons. The employee was just a messenger, and told us that the owner had given them strict instructions not to take any subway coupons at their subway store. This was very disappointing, and had caught us totally off guard. Who'd ever expect that a Subway Store wouldn't take Subway Coupons for a Subway Sandwich at the Subway in La Pine Oregon?!? This franchise owner of the Subway in LaPine, must not give a hoot about customer service, or the community. Several of us local folks are on a fixed income and retired, and whenever we get coupons we try to take advantage of the discounts. The ones we just recievef couldn't of come at a better time, with the holidays and family along with extra expenses, we were looking forward to taking our family, who had traveled all day to come visit for the holiday, to Subway. When they told me that the coupons were not valid there, I turned the entire group around and out the door. That was at least 12 sandwiches they could've made, and a family of three more had just got out of their vehicle and were going into the Subway and noticed they had the same mailer with subway cupons as I had. Well, I explained to these three people, that they would be wasting their time by presenting the Subway coupons at the La Pine Subway Store, to purchase a Subway Sandwich. Becaue they don't honor their own coupons. Pretty Dumb in my opinion. This owner figures that as long as there aren't many choices, to stop for a quick meal in La Pine, that his precious businrss wouldn't be affected by not taking Coupons, and that customers would continue to come in. The franchise owner has the discretion of how he handles coupons. I'm here to say, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. You've lost us and many others as customers.

Your hours state open till i, but you locked your door before 7p. Also, I asked for sweet onion sauce "ON THE SIDE"!! You put it instead on my sandwich, didn't offer to remake it, now my sandwich will be soggy. My sandwich was made with some over seasoned shredded chicken!!! This is not what Subway signage and information shows is supposed to be on the slchicken bacon ranch sandwich. I couldn't even eat half of my sandwich. My mouth is on fore from. Whatever seasoning was on it.Dietary restrictions: I asked for my sauce on the side also due to sensitivity with some ingredients in the sauce. This is also why you should not put the wrong chicken on a sandwich!!!!! Screwed up my dinner completely.

Watched the employee named "Alex" spend time cleaning bathrooms while their coworker kept calling for help while a line of 7 people formed. After finally listening they went straight to the line without washing their hands. The put on gloves but then immediately scratched their chin. The older lady behind the line was doing her best though, even though she had to call for help 3 times over the 15 minutes I was in there. Left with 3 people still in front of me, after witnessing that, pretty gross.

My husband and son went to order takeout from the LaPine Subway. The food they brought back home was on stale bread, had spoiled mayo and the chicken looked like something you would feed a cat.

I have loved subway sandwiches for many years, however, we got some sandwiches from the LaPine store yesterday and the bread was so thin that the sandwiches basically fell apart, too bad, makes me sad

The whole grain bread was different than usual and fell apart, dressing doesn't usually soak through so quickly. Ice machine not working, so had to ask for someone to get ice in n back. If you sell a drink and no ice machine is not working, how about offering to get some, instead of us going to the machine and having to go back up and wait to get someone's attention.Guys (3) with hair hanging over visors ?, 1 didn't have one on ( his hair was shorter, to thankfully)Country music playing too loud.
