I found this place after searching “desert near me” because I wanted to see if the Sahara desert was a close drive. Google displayed this place as a search result and I was surprised because I normally wouldn’t typically associate Baskin Robbins as a desert. There wasn’t much sand here and I didn’t notice any camels and it was a bit cold so at first I was upset but I heard a Ted Talk about how our initial reactions are often wrong so it became clear to me that Baskin Robins was INDEED a desert! I cannot believe that people complain about deserts being dry and lacking water because there was a sink with water in this desert (in MY opinion!).

Paid for a large cookies and cream milkshake. Received at least four ounces less than full. Tasted it and it was mixed with a pecan flavor as well. Poor quality on multiple fronts. Avoid.

0 zero stars if possible. Unprofessional behavior from employees regarding availability of item. Only when I went physically to the store to pick up an item, was I told that they were out of that item. This location and the one in Tigard must be owned by the same franchisee, since they have such poor customer service.

Great selection of Ice Cream and cones. Friendly service and great hours as well. Usually not super crowded, and if it is the crowds dissipate quickly. We recently purchased an ice cream cake from here, it wasn't the best ice cream cake we've ever purchased from a place but it was decent enough, they had a good selection of designs and they were able to get it done quickly. We would have zero issues coming here again.

I would give no stars to this store. I ordered and paid in full for a polar pizza for last Saturday. My family loves this kind of ice cream cake. I have gotten at least 7 pizzas in the last two years from this store . I am not sure how this young person can to be in charge, but she is not prepared to work with customers. I came in to pick up the pizza and it was obvious through the box the cake was not round. I don't mean not a "perfect "circle. The cake was dented in on one side in a big way . The ice cream on the dented side was very thin , not a thick build up , like if the cake had been pushed in . I spoke up and asked why was the cake not round ? The girl looked confused over the question. I pointed out the cake was not round like the board it was on . Again the girl was confused to my question. The manger another young person said that is the way the cake looks , it was a special order and they can't do anything about . I took the cake to my car and showed it to my friend. She said the same thing . It looks bad . Not like the picture for the cake on the side. I took it back in and asked to have my money back because the cake was defective. I want a cake like I had order in the past and for it to be more round not dented. After 20 minutes of the manager telling me how rude I am . The the cake will taste just fine . I explain it is The presentation. It is a birthday cake. It needs to look good. The cake I had was not up to corporate standards in appearance. After telling me repeatedly she can not give me my money back or make a new cake, she stressed to know what did I want? My money back . At last she decided I was not going to be bullying into taking this cake . She agreed to give me my money back . She had my receipt from the be beginning, and tried to refund my card . I paid with cash . She got more angry because I didn't tell her it was cash . The whole time her mouth kept telling how rude I was to a "teenager " . I will not go back into that store . I am afraid she would spit in my food. Very bad store .

The BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM!! First bright, sunny day in a while and the place was BUSY constantly! The TWO FABULOUS SISTERS serving everyone were patient, friendly, courteous and helpful. EVERYONE left happy and content with their faces beaming! Thank you for all you do beautiful ladies

I always like this location because the staff is great. My only suggestion is to upgrade their debit/credit machine so we can leave tips if we don't have cash.
