First off I'm not an inpatient human, I've worked in the serving industry for many years. The place was not busy and we waited for 10 minutes to be seated . When seated the snide waitress said "we'll sit wherever. " We were then ignored for another 15 minutes. We picked up and left so I don't know how the food was. Maybe it's the best Thai food ever but the atmosphere was far from mighty.

We stopped by A Mighty Thai on our way down the Coast in the evening for dinner as it was still open at the time we were passing by. I had the pad Thai with shrimp and my Husband had the yellow curry - both were very delicious. I am giving it a four star as no one greeted me when I entered the restaurant, I just stood there for a good couple of minutes until they acknowledged and our server was awkward. The inside looked like a good vibe but we sat outside on the patio as we had our dog with us.I would go back for some good Thai food!

Sadly I feel it is necessary to leave this review. 3 weeks ago my son, brother and I went to dine in. It took over an hour and a half from start to finish. There were 3 other tables, 2 two tops and a four top. The waiter spent 25 minutes talking to a woman at the bar, whil I waited for hot tea.I am utterly.shocked they are still in business. By far the most rude staff in Manzanita. To go orders are done in 20 mins or less for comparison. I live locally and have been there numerous time because avacado fried rice! The service used to be good. Sad.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was so welcoming to our kids, and even when there was an accidental drink spilled, they were so understanding and chill. Very nice & eased our stress!

It had quite a few options and I was delighted to not eat the pub food that prevails in the area. I had a vegan pho w steamed tofu, it was mostly just noodles and basil - I'd get fried tofu for some texture next time. Won't blow your socks off but was fine. Service was apathetic at best.

After enjoying a play in Nehalem we thought let's get Thai food to take home and watch the Oscars (recorded), the Tom Ka was excellent, the chicken yellow curry was excellent. A mighty Thai is definitely a contender for some of the best Thai food this side of the Cascades.

Super unprofessional and rude service. Went to order a meal to go. We ordered something from the specials.. the garlic butter steamer bowl which clearly states it comes with Asian garlic bread. He came back a few minutes later and double checked what we ordered (he didn’t remember and asked about spice level)… time passed, he asked if we wanted water while we waited, I said yes. He did not bring water, we had to ask for it a while later. And then when the food was done he didn’t even come to us and our table to let us know. He said “Your food’s ready” from far away and we barely heard him and had to ask if he was speaking to us…? And finally as we’re about to pay he informs us they’re out of bread. WOW. Would have been nice to know before we ordered. Definitely something they could have let us know beforehand. No discounts offered for the incovenience. 0/10, horrible experience. I would have been so upset if I had been dining in because that place is chaotic.

We go to Manzanita two to three weeks each year in the winter, spring and summer. Usually we either eat at A Mighty Thai or order take out. We have liked the food in the past, though it has never been amazing. Last week we ordered take out twice. The first time was the night of President Day's Saturday. We called in our order and we were told it would take 40 minutes to have our off-the-menu green curry chicken order. So I show up on time. But I still had to wait another twenty minutes for my order. The restaurant was half empty and there was one other person waiting for her take out. When I got home with our order the green curry chicked container only included two tiny trips of chicken. A few days later we decided to order again. This time the restaurant was pretty much empty, except for an elderly man sitting at the bar. When I got home we ate the green curry chicken. It was far more spicy than we had ordered and it did not taste right. Neither my wife nor I have been feeling well since we ate it.

We tried this place a few years ago and it was pretty good and there was great service.Went there last night and it was terrible. We ordered our food to go and we’re glad we did. The person working was so incredibly slow, like choosing to be slow. No urgency to get customers their orders, didn’t look like they wanted to be there, no good customer service skills whatsoever.Even though we were only picking up a to go order, it took forever to get it. We had asked for a Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee and that took over 10 minutes simply because the person working was going so slow. Even to help sit down customers, this person was moving like a snail and never smiled at anyone. Sort of seemed to have a bad attitude about working there. We got our food and took it back to the house, only to find out that the food was the most bland Thai food we’d ever tasted. We paid almost $40 when we pay $20 back home for excellent Thai food. The paid Thai had no sauce on it. It looked like it was just plain noodles with the meat and veggies.I had the peanut lovers and it was also bland. There was no sauce already on it, just a small container of it that didn’t even cover the whole dish. The peanut sauce had basically no flavor. If you want a Thai iced tea or Thai iced coffee, that’s about all they’re good for.The only reason the review is getting two stars instead of one is because we didn’t get sick from our food so it was still edible.

Great food and service. Found this gem while looking for a place to have a wedding dinner. If I could have given them six stars I would. Meats are tender and veggies are fresh. Has a full service bar and ADA parking/ entrance. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Food just missed the mark. Very bland. Pad Thai wasn't tasty at all and the tofu tasted off. Beef in the yakisoba had no color, almost gray, and tasted poor quality. Hostess was nice though and atmosphere seemed decent. Won't be returning though. Disappointing.
