Place was filthy. Food on the floor, no tables clean. No paper towels in restroom. No forks or straws. Staff talking on their personal cellphones. Staff simply didn't take pride in their work. When I addressed my concerns, I was told their kind of busy. Not returning. Food quality has deteriorated since opening.

Ordered off the app. Steak burrito had no steak, chicken burrito was only half wrapped, kids quesadilla came with no drink, chips and chicken on the side instead of in it. I ordered 3 sides of chips and guac. I noticed as he handed the bag no chips or guac he said we don’t have any. I wanted my money back and he said I’d have to call the 1800. I even tipped $6 on the app. The worst experience picking up fast food at a place that wasn’t busy. I can’t believe this is chipotle.

Saw an advertisement on TV for one of their items. Decided I would drive down to the store and pick it up personally. When I arrived at the store, I told them about the item I saw on TV I would like to buy that they said I needed to order that item online I said, but I’m standing here in the store. Can you order it for me? No the employee replied. I need to order it online and then they will make it for me and hand it to me I said this is ridiculous and walked out.Why would you force a customer to buy something online when they are standing in your store?

I really enjoy Chipotle. Whenever I'm traveling and need a fast lunch or dinner, they're my first choice. The food there is really good and always flavorful. It's definitely one of my favorite options for quick meals.
Ordered through the app for pickup. Their device was down, so when I got there, they said they didn't receive any orders and to go inside.Sure. Sounds like McDonald's ice cream machine excuses.Went inside and tried to order a bowl with Steak and Al Pastor. The full amount of steak and the full amount of al pastor, it should normally come with. She gave me half and half, so that the meat portions were small.She proceeded to get irritated and became pushy.Fix your app so I don't have to scream in my car. ?

This place is as all other chipotles. Nothing bad. Usually pretty clean. Service is always fast. My only complaint is they smash the crud out of my tacos in the foil every single time. To the point where my toppings are everywhere but in the tortilla.When I brought this up I was told to order the sides on the side to prevent this. I simply requested that they don’t roll the tacos as a burrito, seemed to be just fine when not smashed closed.All in all good place.

What happened to your standards? No one inside & it was dirty! Filthy, tables not cleared or cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting! Food on floors. There was 3 employees behind the counter. We were the only one there, I wondered what the kitchen looked liked. Never again!!!!You're the only Chipotle in town, do better.
