The food was really good and great service. The restaurant seemed a tad dirty, and it took away from the atmosphere. We were there at lunch time, so maybe not enough employees to keep up. They were busy.

This was my first time going. People always recommend it and I finally went. This place is actually very impressive and great for the price. We had a lot of fun with the secret menu and ordered a few things off of it. We really need one in Bend,Or or Redmond, Or.

Great burgers! Our fries were cold...all of them. I highly recommend grilled onions on the burger. This particular business has a crazy entrance to the drive through, but we navigated it easily with our big truck. The parking lot was packed and people were packed inside too -> we saw them through the windows as we drove out. We parked in the Rogue Valley Mall parking lot to eat. I liked the low sugar pink lemonade ( I would get it again). In conclusion, the burger was so good, I would go for the Double Double next time & no fries.
The consistency of getting a delicious burger every single time is what I love the most about this place. It's the only burger joint I eat at anymore. It's head and shoulders above the rest.
