We've tried a few of the Chinese restaurants in the Medford and surrounding area. We have found our new favorite here. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was great. Rikki was great!
This is my most favorite Chinese restaurant. I have been going here for many years. The prices are a little higher to other Chinese restaurants but I believe the food to be well worth it.
Used to love getting take out from here until the last year or so. Every time I order take out from the older chinese lady there's always something missing from the order when I get home (don't have that problem with any of the other staff) and I've had several bad customer service experiences from her. After the last experience I decided not to order here for a few months but today figured I'd try again and wouldn't you know it was missing the side of...
