First time to this cart location. The time the Cajun Cart opens is a little confusing but they opened after 1PM on a Friday. My family has long connection with LA cooking so was anxious to try. Had the catfish platter. potato salad and red beans and rice, two hush puppies. Good memories there of my mother in laws cooking. Everything cooked to order and great owner/service. I would recommend the big easy combo if you'd like to try a bit of everything. The hush puppies are phenomenal and the beignets and bread pudding fabulous. It gets pretty busy and usually takes a little longer than the other food carts because they are usually short staffed. I've done take out and though the desserts don't hold up as well as the rest of the meal it's still worth the wait.

Food was delicious. There was a glitch with our order. So, it took somewhere around an hour and a half to get our food. But, the staff made an effort to correct their mistakes. In spite of the wait we had a great meal.
