This location is amazing. It’s hard to find a place that is so child friendly with exceptional service, but this place is it. Every time we go, Quiya goes above and beyond to ensure my daughter and husband have a memorable experience. Her positive attitude and uplifting spirit are the main reason we return every time. We hope this establishment realizes what a treasure they have!!

I visited this store after a very stressful day and just wanted to have a pizza with my wife and go catch a movie. There were four people ordering just in front of us and we patiently waited. We came to the counter where two girls were taking orders. My wife began to order her pizza as the other girl was finishing the last order of the four men in front of us. Then she asked for the man behind me to begin his order as I stood there in awe. The gentleman looks at me then turns and begin his order. I was so humiliated I could NOT order. Before my wife's pizza was out of the oven, I seen the same man leave with his pizza and a salad. My wife ate her pizza as I sat with a soda. I usually don't let small petty things bother me, but when I got so full of humiliation on top of a day like I had, I will not be at Mods ever again. I have loved Mod pizzas for years but I also like Domino's.

The food at this Mod is just like all the others. However, this review is specific to the staff.12/17/23We came in and it wasn't busy, but the customer in front of us was making a significant sized order. There was only one young lady at the pizza station. There were three other Zennials (not trying to be derogatory, just specifying the age group) that were "engaged" in other tasks. One was handling the oven ( again, not too busy) one was folding boxes (taking for-ever on each box) and one was in and out of the kitchen ( not really sure what she was up to).When it came time to prepare our order, they were put of pressed crust and the young lady making pizzas had to then press out the doughs with none of the other staff paying any attention to what was going on at the counter. They seemed to be engaged with each other and enjoying conversation more than working.When we were finished, there was no place to put our garbage because the can was overflowing. Trash was mounded up in the container and was spilling onto the floor. Guess who had to clean it up? Our pizza maker; the only one there that seemed to have a nose to the grindstone.Having spent time as a service worker, I can tell you that there was no excuse for the young lady to be handling all that she was doing without any assistance. If there is no dough pressed, boxes can wait. If there are not 10 pizzas in the oven, you don't need to handcuffed to the peel. If there are not dozens of customers dining in, there should not be 20 gallons of trash, certainly not spilling onto the floor.It was a sad site of affairs to see. If I had to guess, I would say that there was some clique dynamics going on and the cool kids were too cool for school, and the outcast was left to deal with the work.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower crust and tons of non-animal toppings.

I used to work at this location and hadn't been in, in a long time. Standards must have went down hill. When I walked in none of the employees said a word to me. It used to be we yelled welcome in! There were two people in front of me and one person making pizzas while the other 4 or 5 employees I guess worked on to go orders or seemed to be new with no one helping guide them. I almost left because it was taking a while and not one person could even acknowledge my presences by saying hi or we will be right with you, or even smile but decided to go ahead and wait. One customer who was waiting the whole time I was there finally came up and asked if his order was still being made. The girl handing out finished orders told him "it's probably over there" "we call the names out when they're done" and then made a remark about it not being their fault if people don't hear. She was really sarcastic and rude. She asked me if I had an online order and I said no. I continued to wait then she started talking and seemed annoyed and I had to ask if the pizzas she had were mine. I regret not leaving when I had the chance. I won't be going back to this location. $25 for two mod pizzas and left feeling like my business to them was more of an annoyance.

I dont know whats up with this mod pizza but its just really strange.. My family ordered a pizza at 6:30, we can in 4 mins early and they told us it wasn't ready. Which is perfectly fine, as we expected. It was 6:45, still haven’t gotten our food, went ip to ask if it was even close to done and all they said was “We have a ton of online orders so you will have to wait.” But the weirdest thing was no one even comes here to pick it up, like theres no orders on the shelf. But on their papers it looked like there were 10+ orders. We waited there for more than 30 mins to get our food. And for the “online orders” no one even came to pick them up. It was like the orders are fake or something. I have no idea how this place even has close to 4 or more stars. Wont be going back here again?

It's not the best customer service. The dough was thin and manipulated to be round, I was watching them. They look at their watch phone and not care about anything but their drink and phone. So I won't be back. MOD is disappointing more and more. Very skimpy on the toppings when you even ask for addition toppings. I understand shrinkage, but you should still be able to get a few more pepperoni. Again, it was disappointing, and the staff was not friendly, apparently laughing at me and a disables person waiting in line. Sad but true.
