The fish & chips are phenomenal; order the key lime pie, not the marionberry
It has a good fish for fish and chips. The fries are good, not great. The tarter sauce and coleslaw is delicious. Best part honestly. Clam chowder was food as well. Overall not a bad place to stop for a quick snack, but share the food, not worth the individual cost.
Delectable. Super tasty. Highly recommend checking out the view around the corner by the OSU building. Gorgeous place for a picnic! See photo my girlfriend took
A super fun and superbly delicious stop on the coast! The staff was so friendly and helpful and it was very kid-friendly!! 10/10 recommend!!
Decent fish and chips. They were serving Alaskan Cod the day we went and it was cooked very well. We also got a cup of chili. That was a good choice, I loved the fact that they had chunks of tomatoes baked into the chili. They have plenty of options for people who don't like fish, chicken strips, tacos, and chili.
Been coming here at least once a week while visiting. You can not go wrong with everything on their menu. My particular favorites are the fish and chips (duh) and the fish tacos. Clam chowder is seriously the best! The berry pies are made daily and sell out quick. The place is small but you can sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. Will be coming here for a long time.
We arrived a few minutes before it opened and were fortunate to be one of the first inside at noon. Wonderful food, we enjoyed the fish and chips…lightly battered fish and cooked to perfection. Our server was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. The owner made it a point to ask us how our experience was. Nice touch! Definitely will return.
We got there right when they opened at noon. Busy, but the lady that runs the place is very friendly & efficient. Great seafood dishes, well be back!
Every time I go to a new coastal town I look for the best place to get some fish and chips. I can honestly say that this place has the best fish and chips I have ever had. Good portion size unlike most places and fair price as well. It seemed very fresh and the batter was perfect. I Cannot say enough good stuff about this place and I wish there were more places like it.
Really good fish and chips. I paid an extra buck for a local fish. My wife opted for Alaska halibut. Both were good but the local fish was a step above. Breading was a well executed simple breading that lets the fish speak for itself. Friendly staff. Only problem is they are too far away from where I live to visit often.
Got take out and ate in the car behind the restaurant - had a great view of the ocean while we ate, went back and got a ginger cookie for desert and lemon pie both were excellent, they were temporarily out of burgers when were arrived so had the chicken tenders - too much breading to suit us
Its kinda a 3+. The staff are way awesome. The food. Just isn't my jam I guess. Ive had fish n chips, the fish sandwich of the day and a burger and they were all meh. Not awful, but not amazing. I think their seasoning is something that doesn't jive for me. But their staff are so sweet and very accommodating. So staff gets a 5 star, food for my taste a 3.
This is the place. Consistently good. Fills that oyster craving that hits an inlander hard just after reaching the coast.
The food and service here is fantastic. The coconut cream pie was fantastic as well as the fish and chips.
Some of the freshest, tastiest and friendliest place to eat on my exploring the best of Oregon. Thank you for such a great memory!
