Was on the hunt for a vegan breakfast burrito and holy moly, this place was amazing! Got the veggie breakfast burrito and swapped cheese for soyrizo (I eat eggs, so not 100% vegan but 110% what I wanted!) YUM! The lady at the window was so so so lovely, too. In the Rose City Park food truck area so plenty of tables and shade to hang and enjoy. 👌🏻

Have to say, as yet another Mexican cart in yet another Portland food cart pod, I was not expecting much from El Guero...
But to my delight I WAS MISTAKEN! This place is great. Very flavorful meats and veggies. The owners are very friendly and charming. All around a superior taqueria!

Very rude, when we said something to her about it she said she was never rude and that she is always polite to customers. She got really annoyed that we were going back and forth to different carts trying to make up our minds

Chido Burrito is my Life…
I spilled this all over myself on my way to work and was only upset because I might have wasted some of the burrito ?
Their burritos are mediocre at best, loosely wrapped with mid ingredients but I was starving after a flight and needed a quick bite.
Ordered a veggie supreme with black beans.
Partway through the burrito realized there were no beans, took it back to inquire, to which the lady points to the sauce on the inside and claims they are beans. After doing a little more digging have to insist there are no beans and take it back again. She refuses to make me a new burrito, saying I ate too much of it! Gives me a side of beans instead which I then have to fork into my disintegrating burrito.
Pretty unacceptable. Regret giving them another chance.

A must stop for great tacos, guacamole, and quality food!! I lived near this food cart for a few years and was never disappointed with my MANY visits. The owner is the sweetest and I can't wait to be reunited with this delicious food the next time I'm back in the area.
