Super scuzy Jack in the box. Used bathroom and there was pee all over the floor by the urinal and all the features were offset , rusty or broken. Ew.

Waited in the drive thru for over an hour, couldn’t back out due to the line. After all of that I was handed my food at almost freezing temperatures. Don’t waste your time, the kids they employ don’t give a damn.

Hi I am here to tell you that if you have to order McDonald's!DO NOT GO TO Make an order from this McDonald's cause they will not help your friend and I have, As my friend and I waited 10 mins in the car and They will not on take our orders and they even did not take my order. Even inside the Mexican lady would take our order. They will help take other orders from other peoples order but would help Others after the driver would stare at my bff Laugh at us

I usually only give good reviews to places like this to counteract all the often unfair complaints, but this place is selling $14 combo meals with burgers that taste stale and reheated, while you could go to Wendy's or McDonald's within half a mile for half that price and better quality. The worker was friendly at least, if not a tiny bit unhelpful.

The Stark location would not honor the T-Mobile Tuesday mobile coupon for a free chicken sandwich even though the order went through and there was no charge. The mobile email said it would be ready in 8-10 minutes but when I arrived they said they would not honor it. They said the store manager told them not to. This is poor customer service. I will not spend a dime at this location anymore.

Went to the drive-through to order something before heading home. Got there. It's just a bit after 8:30pm. They're were quick to acknowledge my presence before telling me that they were closed. A fast food joint closed before 10pm? Blessing in disguise, I guess. After reading the reviews & seeing what people are dealing with....think I dodge a bullet. How is this place operational? If you're closing earlier, I ask only that you update your hours online & on Google maps. Not waste the time of other nor myself

Every time I go they close early. They also are always understaff. And for some reason there is technical difficulties so they can’t even do your order. And don’t forget that broken door you gotta go around the building to get in.
