This is ridiculous.I've ordered Jimmy Johns probably over 1000 times in my life because their food is truly wonderful. Since I've moved to Portland I work at a location that is close to this one, HOWEVER, I cannot wrap my head around the fact that I've had 5 orders now that have been cancelled because they "don't have a delivery driver."Please do not advertise delivery from a location if you do not have the proper support staff. This borderline feels like false advertising (its "freaky inexistent") and also extremely irritating (especially when I have to wait a couple business days to get my money back).I would normally not rant nor take even 5 minutes of my day to complain about something so simple, but this issue has been recurring and JJ mgmt should seriously address this issue so that they do not lose more business from both new and long term loyalty members like myself.Please please please figure your staffing issues out at this location or I will be choosing Firehouse Subs instead from now on.

Will my order be received and fulfilled within a reasonable amount of time, or will it simply never arrive because apparently their services are optional, despite taking my money...I have literally had them receive my order and confirm it, just choose not deliver or contact me on three separate occasions. When the food does arrive, about half the time they forget an item I paid for that is on the receipt..A few years ago this location was excellent. Now? It is increasingly frustrating dealing with people who clearly do not care about putting effort into their work.

Used to be really good. Now it’s like they don’t read instructions. I ask for food to be left at the door - they stand there and ring my bell until I come answer the door. I ask for the sandwiches to be cut in half - they bring them whole. No straws for drinks. I’m not sure what happened at this location but there are not good at delivery.

Picked up two sandwiches both completely wrong. Only one slice of turkey? No mayo not cut in half. And they go cheap on all the ingredients then they take their phone off the hook so you can’t call and complain. I know this because I called while sitting in the parking lot, I got nothing but a busy signal. They were not busy! There was only one person in the entire place. This place is a joke and it’s impossible to get in and out of the parking lot with 5 PM traffic. I never got a credit, never getting my business ever again!!! Shame on you Jimmy John’s treat your customers with some respect and give them what they pay for and answer your phones!!! SMH

If it's not delivered 30 minutes late it's an hour early. If it's not that they forget part of your order and comp it with a "pick up only" replacement. Avoid this location.

Keep having issues with this location. Usually it's minor, but it's still annoying (like putting "Cut in half" in three places in the online order and still not receiving the sandwhiches cut in half). Yesterday was downright unacceptable. We ordered from the store at the corner of Hall and Scholls Ferry in Beaverton, OR a little before 3pm on Sunday for delivery. Forty minutes later, still nothing. Try to call the store several times. No answer. Finally, I go down. I find the store locked and closed, no lights on. It's about 4pm. Hours online show they are open until 9pm. There wasn't any signage at the store to indicate why they would be closed at 4pm. So now, not only was there no way to get our order, we haven't even been able to discuss getting a refund because even calling the corporate number makes me leave a voice-mail, of which I've left several at this point. This isn't just a poor customer experience, at this point it is theft. If I could leave less than a 1-star rating, I would. Absolutely unacceptable. And if you're store is going to be closed during posted hours of operation, turn off the ability to receive orders.
