2nd time stopping here and glad I came back. It's one of those spots you always say your gonna try when driving by and you shouuuld. The food cart has enclosed seating and lots of parking. Ordered a variety of tacos and all was delish and get this...hand made tortillas! Hollaaaaaaa. Also ordered the Consommé soup that come w tortillas and it was mad flavorful. They have quite a large menu so tons of options to choose from. Something for erryone.
This place is the best kept secret in all of Portland. Classic hole in the wall restaurant with AMAZING cuisine! I love papusas, but was unable to find any good ones anywhere. A friend turned me on to this place and now I'm hooked. I go at least once a week. If you love amazing Hispanic/El Salvadorian food, you have to check this place out.

Family owned, homemade corn tortillas, good salsas, and a good-sized menu with Mexican and Salvadorian cuisine. It looks fairly unassuming since it is in a stationary cart in a parking lot off of Powell by itself, but don't let that deter you. This place is great! Due to COVID-19 it was open for take-out only and only takes cash, but it looks like they have a cute little outdoor seating area for during "normal times". Definitely plan on returning!
